We have been using Capital pest ever since we moved to the area 3 years ago. From scheduling an appointment to services given, it is a pleasure to work with the office workers and the professional who comes to the house. They are always pleasant and we never ever see bugs, which is proof enough for me.

They show up when they say they will. Michael Dean was the last inspector. It is not a full service event, more of an insurance policy that they take on your house. You pay the annual fee and they will make sure you are termite free.
Description of Work: Annual Termite inspection provided for our 2700 sqft home. They walk the premises, inspect under the house, and check exposed wood for signs of termite damage. If none found they will provide you will a statement as proof that no evidence was found. They also treat perimeters, crawl spaces ,and in the garage to prevent the onset of termites annually.
