We used them for a long time. They are excellent. They come out in January to do the things we needed. They bill us every year. They call and make an appointment. If we don't get back to them, they are good about bothering us to tell that they are coming out to do an annual inspection. They are very reliable.

Their telephone staff is easy to work with. The technicians who do the work have always been very polite and professional. I'm happy with the results and think they do good, thorough work. I had only one minor quibble -- on the date treatment was to be done, I was asked to sign a "North Carolina Termite Waiver Of Minimum Standards" (Google that phrase to see the form). Since I considered the work to be done to be urgent and they were already there to perform the service, I felt like I had limited choice and signed the waiver. Maybe this is standard practice for most/all termite extermination companies in North Carolina. I am not quoting the technician, but the impression I got from speaking with him is that the waiver avoids NC bureaucratic overkill that would force them to raise costs without providing better results. But I felt that ideally, I should have been informed about the waiver before the service date (I'd already spoken to them twice -- once by telephone and once in person for an inspection/estimate). If you're looking for termite extermination service, you might want to review the waiver form in advance and ask companies you're considering about whether they require that waiver be signed.

They are fabulous. We've used them for many years. I think they are great. I just wouldn't use anybody else. They are very professional. They are also very kind and friendly. The guy that has come out the last two times - he just knows how to get rid of my ants. I've had ants and they've been an annoying problem off and on. He just knows how to get rid of them. They were gone for a long time and then they came back. He came out again and got rid of them. We were still seeing a few though and when he came out to do the termite inspection he re-sprayed for ants for free. They really help you out. You can call them out for a re-treatment if necessary. They want you to wait a little while because it takes about a month to know for sure how well it worked.

Have been a satisfied customer of quarterly pest service from this vendor since April, 2010. However, when booking my July service, I also requested a quote for TERMITE treatment. The office contact said that the service tech would take measurements during the treatment the following week, and that I could expect a call with an estimate afterwards. I called a month later explaining that I had not received an estimate. The office contact took my number and promised a call-back that same day. No one called. A week later, I called asking for Mitch Taylor, owner & General Manager. I identified myself as a current customer and that I wished to speak with him regarding "service". I was told he was out for the day, but that he would return my call the following morning. Five days later, after not hearing back from Mr. Tayler, or anyone else, I called and cancelled my service. In the meantime, I was able to secure quotes for TERMITE treatment from three other, high-rated vendors... all within 48-hours.

I’ve been using them for twenty five years. I’ve used them and they are good. They have done a good job. I have a yearly contract with them. I think that the guy who actually did the work for me was very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I will use their services again in the future.

Troy, the employee who has come to my house for the last two years, always answers all of my questions, does a great job and really knows a lot about termite control. He is frank and kind and I get the feeling that he treats my home the way he would treat his own home. I am very happy with his work. Being in the field of Architecture I often have to watch contractors (and even correct or direct them when they come to my house), but Troy was a pleasure to work with and he does a very conscientious job.

The person that came was very pleasant, informative, and polite. Their quality of work was good. I will continue to use them in the future.

It has only been 10 days but I have only seen 1 ant and have found the bodies of about a half dozen wood roaches.I would definately consider have them come every spring for a treatment and may have them do a termite treatment.

He has been very responsive so far. They were prompt and were the sweetest. They were good. They gave me a lot of information and told me what they were doing. They were really good.

It went great. They even came back and did a respray for free! They guy who sprayed was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Defiantly will use them again!

I sent an email pricing request to Capital and Triangle Pest Service Companies; Capital called immediately and set up an appointment very eager for my business. The technician was prompt and very helpful this is an awesome company!

We are very happy with the service. They were less for the initial treatment than another company we received an estimate from. They also would have been much less for the year-long agreement if we would have done that. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We contacted the company first part of January and spoke with Mitch. He came to the house the fllowing Saturday and gave us an estimate. We had other estimates that were in the ball park but we liked Mitch! We scheduled an appointment within two weeks. The day of the work I was hit with a emergency meeting. I called Mitch and gave them the lock combination to get under the house. When I came home they were almost done. Everything looked great and you couldn't tell they were there. All the old barrier and foam material was cleaned up and gone. We're so pleased with them that they are going to do a quarterly pest service on the outside of our home.

They did a great job. They seemed professional and on-time.

Capital Pest Services were very helpful and flexible with me. I had just moved to North Carolina and into an older house and was not accustomed to the insects in the area. They were patient with me and worked me into their schedule during a holiday week when they were rather busy. They gave me suggestions and detailed what I should expect regarding the pests (my issue was spiders). I plan to continue with their services on a scheduled basis for maintenance of pest control.

Very pleasant technicians who answered all my questions, they were on time and completed the job quickly without any problems.

Technician was on time, friendly, showed me what chemicals he was going to use, explained that we would see more bugs for a short time until the treatment took full effect, gave me info on the specific bugs and what to do to help keep them out. The chemicals did not leave an odor, and the technician was done quickly, but did not rush. The man had obviously been in the business for a good amount of time, and did his work thoroughly and efficiently.

I was alarmed to find termites in an antique mantel I was storing under my carport and feared they might have infested my house. Capital gave me an appointment in a timely manner and Mitch was very professional. He found no evidence of termites and did not try to sell me a treatment plan. He did suggest a yearly inspection plan which I am considering.

I discovered termites in my garage. Capital treated the infestation. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. They did not try to sell me other services that I did not want or need.

Capital Pest Control does excellent work and the results really show. They show up when they say they will, and complete the work promptly. I have recommended them to others in my neighborhood.

They do an excellent job. They are hard working and answer all of my questions. The work is done well and the price is good. They are very through and knowledgeable about the whole situation. We pay on a yearly basis.

We were actually lucky because we found out that the house was treated when it was built. So that cuts down on our cost. We have a preventive maintenance done. They spray inside and out. If there is a problem they come back. I feel much better knowing that our home is safe.

They were prompt and the price was reasonable.
