I have been using Capital Pest Service for eight or nine years now. They are excellent. They are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive, I would say somewhere in the middle. The pricing is favorable for me, I think my husband found some others with lower cost, but these people are there when there's an issues and I find reliability more important that cost, so I go for that. They are very prompt and they treated our yard for dog and after they treated it we have had no issues whatsoever with any of the pests related to a dog. We used to get ticks coming on the dog and then coming onto our bodies. They were good about explaining when we need the treatment and stuff like that. They treated for termites too, we actually had new construction on our house and they told us we would need to do something around our foundation, so they were the ones that informed us we needed to get something done around the house, so that was very good.

They provided us a termite inspection for a refi inspection and where so informative about how to keep pests down we called them back for a regular service contract. We had not previously had a pest service at out house so this was new to us. After they came out and serviced the house we had a lot of bugs seem to come out of the woodwork so I called them back and they came out and serviced us again and explained that the initial service likely caused the bugs to start getting more active and us to see more dead ones. A few weeks later my daughter was taking a shower and she said a bug fell from the ceiling into the tub while she was showering so I called again. They once again came out and did a treatment. And told us if we have any more problems to give them another call as the wanted ensure we were satisfied. I am verrry happy with there service. They seem to be focused on keeping there customers happy as opposed to nickel and dimming you to death.

It was a good experience. They came on time and did the work quickly. It was a one time application and we haven't had trouble with ants since then. I would use this company again.

Brian, the technician who came to my home, was very thorough. He inspected the exterior foundation of the house and the ENTIRE interior circumference of the crawl space. He was friendly and answered all my questions.

Over the years we have done a number of different things with Capital Pest Services and have always been thrilled with their work. Most recently we had them do a termite treatment, treatment for ants in the house and then we signed up for the monthly mosquito spraying. Everything was done timely and well. We never have seen another ant. The termite treatment was about half of what other people had quoted and the mosquito spraying made our yard so much more usable. They are very thorough and very good! You can't go wrong with these folks!

It has been the same folks that come out for the past 10 plus years. There is a rapport there. They are always flexible on timing and they work around my garage to get to all the places they need to get to. They seem very flexible. I haven't price shopped, but I have been satisfied with the price.

I called around 9:45am on Saturday 7/7/12, and got a recording saying that their normal business hours were Monday - Friday. Reviews on the company look great -- just can't talk to them if they're not open. I could have left a message and let someone call me back next week, but I don't have time to wait around for a phone call. I was able to find other companies on Angie's List who were available. I might keep them in mind for later if an issue occurs during their normal business hours.

I think they are really excellent and always mannerly. I ask them questions, they check out the house really good, and I am happy with their service.

I have been using them for between 20 and 25 years and we have a yearly agreement. I will use them again in the future.

A contractor doing some roof repair reported seeing termites in the decking. I called Capital to see if someone could come out to treat the area. Rita suggested I capture some of the insects and they would send someone by to determine whether they were actually termites or possibly carpenter ants. When I obtained some specimens, they were simply small black ants, some winged and some not. I called back to Capital and they advised they were swarming ants that were attracted to moist areas and were a common problem this time of the year. They said no treatment was necessary, and that the ants would disappear once the area was repaired and dried out. I thank them for their honest appraisal of my problem and they will be the first ones I call should the need arise.

The price is OK since everyone else charges the same thing and they are very responsive since they are very easy to contact. They also arrive when they say they would so they are punctual.

I have a termite inspection contract with them. They come out and inspect the property to make sure we have no termites.

I didn't sign a contract or anything.

The service was great and I am on a contract with them. I will use them them again in the future.

They were good. We used them for water damage and he did some remodeling as well. They were nice and they were polite. They came out on time. Their price didn’t change. They were very accommodating because I was available only on Friday. I scheduled way in advance in March. They are very busy.

They do a full inspection. They're punctual and they listen to any concerns that I have. They're very thorough in what they do.

They are fine. They contact me every February come in March and check everything out thoroughly. They are very pleasant people to work with. It is a good sized house and I think the price was very reasonable. The company that I used to work for is a provider of materials that they use and this company was recommended from my sales manager hence I got a very good deal so it would not be reflective of what others would pay. They did very good work, it was worth the recommendation. We chose them because of the products that they use. There were four people when they came for the initial treatment and they did the work in 4 hours. They stay in close contact with me and come back every year to check and make sure everything is okay. If there is any problem, they do a treatment for free. They are here when they say they will be. I am very happy with them.

We have been using Capitol Pest Service for around 7 years. They do a yearly termite inspection and spray quarterly. They are very reliable and always show up when they say they will. I will continue to use Capitol Pest Service.

I have been using their services for 2 years. They came out and did their job. They were efficient. They were here on time. I would use them again in the future.

I have had them come out to do some road stuff couple of times and they seem to do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

They do a great job at an affordable price. I'm not sure how competitive their pricing is because I've been so satisfied with their services that I haven't sought out anyone else. The number of years they'd provided service for me is a testament to the quality service they've given.
