Took 3 visits over 8 days for him to tell me that it was not fixable and that I would have to replace the machine. At least he only charged me for one service call.

Clint arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the switch. He will return to install when it's delivered. I haven't received a price from him yet as the part has yet to arrive.

Excellent work. Very conscientious. No charge for follow-up.

Dishwasher repair was diagnosed and after part was ordered the repair was done.

The folks at Capital Appliance Repair are really nice. They did a good job. It took a couple of days to get the part in, but then it got fixed in a timely manner. They were cordial and helpful.

Great!!! Greg was friendly, professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. When I call to talk about the problem with my refrigerator, he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. And so he was prepared when he came to my house to repair my fridge. It works great now! Thank you!

Initially thot problem was related to 'fridge computer'. Needed to order; 2 days later found that did not solve the problem. He needed to get schematic information which was not where it should have been under fridge. Meanwhile, freezer portion worked fine. This was Friday. He said he would be out Monday. Called Monday to report unable to make appt due to personal issue. Rescheduled for Tuesday. Arriving Tuesday he had a new diagnosis: (he admitted should have been one of the first things he considered) frozen controls. This required further action on my part including emptying freezer. Finally had operating fridge by Wednesday evening. Incredible inconvenience emptying fridge/freezer & trying to keep perishables chilled using several ice chests. If I'd had any idea of time, I would have rented fridge to place in garage.

The repairman was able to pinpoint and fix the problem right away. He was punctual, professional, knowledgable, careful, and fast. Great job!

If Angie's List had an A+ rating, it would be given here. Ice makers are tricky and expensive things and I knew that going into deciding to get this repaired.Many people opt not to do the repair due to these reasons. However, I saw Greg's previous reviews and wanted it repaired, so contacted him. Not only did he keep at it until he had it right, he came back and uninstalled a part that did not have to be replaced and refunded me the difference. He could have easily argued that I needed that part and charged me more, but he did not take that route. I am confident in his honesty and no matter how tricky or complex your repair is, he will stick with it until it is correct. If i ever have another appliance repair necessary, he will be the one I call.

Diagnosis went fine, but repair was so costly, we decided to buy a new stove.

They did nothing. Came the first time to check the microwave and then I could not get in touch with them. Even when they came first time, they thought it is power issue. I had to show them that microwave had power but it is not doing the job. I tried calling and leaving the message. After a week, I went with another company who fixed it with-in same appointment.

Terrible Service. I had an appointment from 10-11 on 9/16/17. Never showed up, never called back no response what so ever.

The repair technician who was also the owner arrived a little late from a previous job but had called to ensure us that he would be there. Based on a previous telephone discussion he had diagnosed the likely cause of the problem and arrived with the part. Repair was done quickly and correctly. He was very friendly and talked me thru what he was doing. Definitely would use him again.

It did not go well. The technician did not seem sure of what exactly the problem was, and was not particularly polite during his visit. His final diagnosis of the issue was a faulty control board that would require replacement. His estimate for the repair was $400. We got a second opinion. There in fact was nothing wrong with the dryer. The outlet was not putting out enough voltage for get the dryer to heat. We had an electrician come out and fix the outlet, and now the dryer works fine. I have called the office multiple times over the past few days to request a refund and one has answered the phone and there is no voicemail. I called just now and the phone was answer and then hung up. Do not use this service

This a good service provider and I'll keep them on my speed dial. Greg called and came on time. Looked at the frig and said it's running exactly as it should. The defrost indicator is not correctly indicating a problem. He suggested I turn it off for 45 minutes then see if the indicator light goes away. If that doesn't work, consider ignoring the indicator or having the panel replaced. It's an 20+ year old frig, so that is not likely a good use of our money. He did not charge for the visit. Thanks

Prompt courteous service. I had to have same day service for my appliance. Capital showed up in about three hours, fixed my appliance and honored their coupon. What more would you want?

He was calling to talk about it, he said from my description it sounded like the vent was stuffed up. He claimed he could walk me through it, and He did! I took the vent off, and cleaned it out myself. He was brutally honest, and said he didn't need to waste my money told me the call was no charge. I would highly recommend! A++
