They performed a very thorough inspection of the unit, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed in quickly. Everything was tested for completeness before they left.

Heater coil was broken; replaced with part during the visit. I also asked about another appliance problem and Clint told me exactly how to fix it myself - win win!! His advice was spot on.

They contacted me immediately to get the repair scheduled. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and added me to the schedule as quickly as he could. The dishwasher is back to cleaning dishes like new!

Went well. Clint came in and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes.It took us another 30 minutes or so to remove the oven, re-set the blown fuse, and re-install the oven in the wall. I would recommend.

The likely cause of the problem was determined but the part necessary to correct it is no longer available for our 15 year old machine. The technician was able to make a suggestion, however, that has so far seemed to alleviate the problem.

The technician diagnosed the potential problem quickly and set about checking to see if he was correct that the filter needed cleaning. He did that in about 30 minutes, tested the machine to see if it worked, and then explained the terms of the warranty for repairs. The problem was fixed and the machine has continued to work well since the service call about a week and a half ago.

The service agent came to my home, assessed the problem. He had one part with him, but had to order the other one. Decided to wait for 2nd part to come in. When part was in (within a few days), cam back and repaired the dryer. Very efficient and professional

Capital Appliance Repair, (Clint), was on-time, took approximately 15 minutes in total to diagnose the problem and fix it with parts he had on hand; dryer ran like it was brand new; NO NOISE!. Ordered parts necessary while at my home, (03/18/19), checked scheduling and returned two days later, (03/20/19), to finalize the job. Payment was made at that time. Would "highly" recommend; very happy with services provided!

Service Rep arrived and told me the problem was not the dryer, but the dryer vent was totally clogged. He referred me to another supplier that arrived the next day and cleaned the vents. Dryer now works fine.

It turned out to just being the water left from last wash was frozen and the pipes were not frozen- if I had continued to let it run, it would have been fine. So I learned something! But the service was immediate. The repairman called to let me know he was running late, but got here when he said he would. I will definitely use them again for sure!

The repair could not be done due to parts no longer being available. The repairman went above and beyond trying to find anyone with the parts still available with no luck. He was very professional and honest. Would have them back out to repair appliances in a heart beat.

It went well, we met and it was determined that the circuit board was bad because the dryer would not shut off. The board was ordered and we made an appointment for the following week to replace it. Everything went well...I am satisfied with my choice of repair companies.

Gregg walked in & immediately sized up the problem on a Friday afternoon. He returned on Monday with the part & completed the repair. He was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. Yes, we would hire him again!

1st trip found problem. Not in stock from his supplier. Ordered. When I questioned about ordering from someone I had gotten a part from for my LG washer said was much higher than what he could get for so let him order. When part came in it was twice the price of what I could have gotten for from RepairClinic.com. Ended up spending $270 on a repair that I could have done myself for $89. In fact he had to borrow tools from me to complete the job. Gave a window of two hours and showed up both times with 1 minute to spare in the 2 hour window. Don't use this group. Not sure how they got such a high rating on Angie's list. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
