we got the E15 error on our Bosch diswasher, and it just made an electrical running noise whenever we tried to turn it back on. It sat for a week before we sorted things out and got these guys to come look at it. In that time it had dried out, and worked fine when he got there. He was very patient and sat while it ran through a cycle and explained all the different possibilities of what could happen which caused the error. I feel re-assured that it was just a one time incident, and I feel empowered to be ready if we do get another issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained things well.

Gentleman replaced it within minutes. We now have great ice again! He was quick and efficient and very nice.

Burners and cooktop checked out okay. No repair needed. Charged for service call.

They performed a very thorough inspection of the unit, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed in quickly. Everything was tested for completeness before they left.

Heater coil was broken; replaced with part during the visit. I also asked about another appliance problem and Clint told me exactly how to fix it myself - win win!! His advice was spot on.

Went well. Clint came in and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes.It took us another 30 minutes or so to remove the oven, re-set the blown fuse, and re-install the oven in the wall. I would recommend.

The likely cause of the problem was determined but the part necessary to correct it is no longer available for our 15 year old machine. The technician was able to make a suggestion, however, that has so far seemed to alleviate the problem.

The technician diagnosed the potential problem quickly and set about checking to see if he was correct that the filter needed cleaning. He did that in about 30 minutes, tested the machine to see if it worked, and then explained the terms of the warranty for repairs. The problem was fixed and the machine has continued to work well since the service call about a week and a half ago.

The service agent came to my home, assessed the problem. He had one part with him, but had to order the other one. Decided to wait for 2nd part to come in. When part was in (within a few days), cam back and repaired the dryer. Very efficient and professional

Capital Appliance Repair, (Clint), was on-time, took approximately 15 minutes in total to diagnose the problem and fix it with parts he had on hand; dryer ran like it was brand new; NO NOISE!. Ordered parts necessary while at my home, (03/18/19), checked scheduling and returned two days later, (03/20/19), to finalize the job. Payment was made at that time. Would "highly" recommend; very happy with services provided!

Service Rep arrived and told me the problem was not the dryer, but the dryer vent was totally clogged. He referred me to another supplier that arrived the next day and cleaned the vents. Dryer now works fine.

It turned out to just being the water left from last wash was frozen and the pipes were not frozen- if I had continued to let it run, it would have been fine. So I learned something! But the service was immediate. The repairman called to let me know he was running late, but got here when he said he would. I will definitely use them again for sure!
