Description of Work: The technician was about 1 hour late due to another tech being delayed at another job. After he arrived, it took approximately 45 minutes to complete the cleaning and testing of the unit. The tech was professional and courtous and was able to explain everything that he was doing so I could understand it.

Description of Work: AC unit not working, and they arrived late in the evening, as promised and took care of the issue promptly. They advised on cost prior to performing service.
