They performed work through our Home Warranty and did a good job. The original tech that diagnosed the problem didn't have the part on hand, but they received it earlier than expected and were able to reschedule earlier. We were without AC for about a week, but they did a great job and I would hire them again over some of the local companies in the area.

Brandon came out and serviced our HVAC and heating system. He was very thorough and polite. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. This group has serviced our systems in the past as well, and they always do a great job!

They provided everything they promised. The diagnostic only took 30 minutes and the communication was very good they even cleaned up after themselves.

The technician was late. The office called me to advise me that he had a flat tire. They offered to reschedule or have him come later and I had him come later. He use shoe covers when he came in the house which was very much appreciated.

They came at the time they were supposed to be here and were very professional.

Downstairs AC and air handler one day and upstairs the next. Placed tarps on hardwoods and carpets leading to the attic. Removed old units and installed new ones with new thermostats. This can be a noisy, disruptive, and messy process but installers kept it to a minimum. No damage to the house and a much better system is in place. We were given quotes on 3 systems. We chose the Trane XR16 system and final cost was exactly as quoted. New Ecobee3 thermostats solved a lot of issues with temperature differences between rooms and the thermostat at the top of the stairwell. System qualified for Duke power rebates, still waiting on those. Has only been less than a month but system so far has worked great!

They would not add refrigerant until I told them I had a different service provider recommend it (and showed me the low pressure). Although they found a couple of problems with the system, the whole coupon seems like a scam to get you to buy their wildly expensive repair services. $450 to reattach a duct? I did it properly myself in 10 minutes.

Purchased a diagnostic service for $19. Everything went fine, they came out and fixed the unit and replaced a part for $110. The only complaint I had was that instead of giving me a quote for the replacement part and making sure I was okay with the price, he just went ahead and replaced it and then told me.

Brandon provided an explanation for what was happening and gave us options for fixing them. Unfortunately with an 20+ year old unit we need to determine if the repair if our best option.

They fixed our AC and the bill was around $300. We will definitely use them again.
