Fayetteville, NC (910) 483-8790 and Raleigh, NC (919) 322-2000. We have been serving the Triangle and Fayetteville areas since 1973. Nobody knows Trane like we do...... We are the oldest Trane dealer in town! Our trained professionals sell, service and install all major brands as well. Description of Work: Cape Fear replaced two gas furnaces and two electric air conditioners for me. They were very thorough and responsive. They offered me options to get the same efficiency rating at a lower cost, and their quote was $5,000 less than a competitor. They coordinated everything with the inspectors and even filled out the paperwork I needed for my Duke Energy rebate (which Cape Fear told me about). I've had no issues since the equipment was installed. This is a great trustworthy company!

Description of Work: The technician that worked on our A/C system was Stephen Rardon. He did a fantastic job and I will request him again when I call. He was very thorough and had some pretty high tech equipment. He explained everything that he was doing, the results he was hoping to achieve and why. He seemed very knowledgeable. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I cancelled the service call. I found out what the problem was before they came. I did not have the problem repaired due to the expense. It's cheaper for me to buy a new heating unit. However there was excellent communication and professionalism provided. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Either using the money already paid or otherwise.
