Description of Work: Cal and his wife, Valerie, have bought and sold homes for me. They are wonderful, knowledgeable, honest, professional, very good people and I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: I have both sold and purchased with Cal as my realtor and am using him again to buy a condo. The property I’m buying is a repo and Fanny Mae is indeed hard to deal with and very slow. However, Cal is very knowledgeable and always calm and respectful even when I have been a little upset and short about how slowly Fanny Mae moves. He and his wife Valerie are always professional and extremely personable. They have years of experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I am going to lease the home I currently own for a year or two and hope the price goes up so when I sell it I will actually make money on it. After understanding my financial situation, Cal recommended that I lease instead of sell the house I own. I believe that speaks volumes for Cal’s integrity. He wants what’s best for me, not just a commission. I will certainly use Cal when I’m ready to sell the leased property. Finally, Cal and Valerie have been in the business for enough years to have great relationships with attorneys for closing, inspection professionals, HVAC companies, etc and can direct you to good professionals if you don’t have anyone you already want to use. While I love Angie’s List, sometimes there are so many listings with “A” ratings that it’s hard to know where to start, so Cal’s recommendations come in handy.
