Description of Work: Needed to have Sentry fire safe opened after lock mechanism failed. The serviceman was very professional and helpful. Price was reasonable given the amount of time involved to get the safe open.

Description of Work: They came out to strengthen prior deadbolts someone else installed or replace if advisable as well as strike plates screws etc. After conversing with them possible work to be done at their office I thought I may be looking at roughly $300,00, coltly but safety costs. I did tel them that based on their reviews on Angies llist that I believed they would not upsale me or lead me into unnecessary costs. Well thats exactly how the service call went. They were very helpful in strengthing the deadbolts we already had as well offering other ideas that were very helpful! My total cost were less than half of what we discussed in their office after they actually were able to see our real needs at the house! I feel we strengthened our security considerably at nominal cost as compared to our original discussion in their office.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY MAD THE LOCKS AND THE KEYS. EVERYTHING STILL WORKS JUST FINE, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE BEFORE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE LOCKS ON TWO DOORS, AND THEY MADE EXTRA KEYS FOR FOUR OTHER DOORS.
