Eric Burgin arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and let me know what to expect and directions for my pet after spraying. He left everything how he found it and even locked up all the doors except the one he came in. He was great!!

We are first time homeowners who moved to Clayton from Raleigh. After having issues with Cockroaches, Spiders, Fleas, Snakes, etc. We decided to hire an exterminator. We inquired with Bulwark and they immediately got in-touch with us to better understand the issues. Shortly after that we hired them and Donald came out to do the initial service. Donald was extremely communicative, polite, thorough, and informative. He answered all of our questions, took his time ensuring everything was taken care of, and truly went above and beyond with the service. We had a termite inspection done by Bulwark. Our technician, Elizabeth Golder, was professional and thorough. She arrived during the arrival window. She identified a water/drainage issue in our crawl space, and brought it to my attention.
