Bulwark Exterminating - Raleigh

We have Bulwark for regular pest control and they are good about coming for free in between the every other month regular service. Today Jesse came for an in between treatment and was very thorough. He showed me where the bugs were probably getting in, treated those areas, then had e ideas how to limit their entry. So far I am very pleased with their services.

Can always count on Eric to treat the house. He knows our problem areas and actually hit a few spots inside as the ants were trying to sneak in. Then one week later, after heavy downpour, the back porch was over run with ants. We called for advice, the very next day they came out to spot treat the problem area specifically. Its was really nice and like to mention about our pro Lynn Massey. He was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was explaining process and educated us while doing the process.

It went very well. Our service Pro Matt Welsh was excellent. He is very professional and took excellent care of our pest issues. Our home has been invaded with Millipedes and he came out and sprayed everything and took it upon himself to set up a 2 week follow up to come back out and see if the problem was taken care of and spray again if needed. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the only tech I want coming out to treat my house. Thank you Matt for caring about your customers. You are an asset to this company.

Last year we switched our pest control services to Bulwark Exterminating. I was a little apprehensive since I'd been with my previous company for so long. The services that Bulwark offers are much more comprehensive and the price is very fair. I especially love the dedicated service by our pro, Tony Richardson (Tellas). He's such a great guy. Warm, personable, professional. You can really tell that he takes his job seriously, and he cares about his customers. Tellas is always very attentive, and makes sure to address any concerns that we have. I especially love that they offer a yard treatment service. It's quite the package deal! We haven't had any critter issues since hiring Bulwark, and we're really glad we signed up with them!

Daryle Gee was very pleasant and shared information regarding what he was going to do around the house but also as he was doing it. I appreciated how informative he was especially as a new home owner.

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating for many years now. Eric is our go to "Bug Pro" but no matter who comes to service our home we always have great customer service. Doesn't matter if it is our regular scheduled treatment or one of those "I need someone now" calls in between treatments. Always professional and always able to work around my schedule.

Melinda Bennett was very professional and efficient. She seemed like she knew what she was doing. She first started investigating behind the stove and refrigerator then she started the spraying. She was fast and efficient. The product seems to be safe which is a big plus.

BULWARK PEST CONTROL is the best in the business. I have had zero issues after they treated the interior of my home. The outside is obviously a dynamic space BUT after they treat it, there are no more concerns. They will even come back to address things in between regularly scheduled appointments if needed. Having exterminators like Randall G. who understands his trade, is on time and communicates throughout the entire process adds the final touch to an effortless experience. In addition, I have a dog and have had no problems with their products. If you have pests, BULWARK is the company to call.

Patrick Hurley arrived in the time. Even with the cold and rain took the time to let me know he was doing a treatment meant for the foul weather. He was awesome when my great dane wanted to be petted (she is a love bully). And he made sure to check the gate was closed ( sticks in the rain). Thanks for being thorough and having such a good attitude. Much appreciated hope to see you on our next service
