Craig gave me excellent advice and answered all my questions. He and his crew came to my house promptly on the day of work. They worked fast and efficiently and Craig was there the entire time. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris. I would definitely hire again.

Needed about 25 trees of varying size removed in order to enlarge the back yard before a fence could be installed. Craig responded the same day to my call and came right out. He answered questions, gave suggestions and produced an estimate very quickly. They did a great job and were very thorough for a reasonable price. They did such a good job that we had them come back and remove and/or trim six more sizable trees (and grind stumps) from the front and side of the house that were hanging over the house and making the yard very dark and overgrown. I would highly recommend Craig and his company and would not hesitate to hire them again. For the scope of the work, the price was very reasonable and the results were great.

This is my second review for Craig at Brown's Tree Service. We had him in a couple of months ago and did outstanding work at a reasonable price. This time around I called him because a branch was blowing around in the wind in front of my satellite dish and causing interference with our reception. Craig came by and cut the offending branch in one day AND he didn't charge me anything. It was a 10 foot long branch. No big deal if you have the right tools, but I didn't. I was a return customer and Craig took excellent care of me again. He was only here for less than 15 minutes, but that's not the point. If you want to hire a professional who knows his business and a good guy, call Craig at Brown's Tree Service.

Craig and his team did a super job. They were extremely professional and took great care to protect my property and that of my neighbors. They work with great skill and efficiency and did exactly what we had agreed to. The trees were cut and all debris removed quickly. I really appreciated that he was willing to take the time to cut one additional tree back for an additional charge which helped me appease a neighbor. I would not hesitate to recommend Brown's Tree Service to anyone needing trees cut on their property.

Brown's Tree Service is *by far* the best tree removal/trimming service I've worked with. Craig and his crew are punctual, professional ,friendly, and they do a d*** good job. When they're finished, they clean up so well it's like they were never there at all. The only tell-tale signs are the missing trees. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent. Craig Brown worked with me to determine the best trees to remove and took the time to answer questions and concerns I had about all aspects of the job. Craig came by for an estimate the day after the ice storm. I knew he'd be very busy with everyone looking for service for tree damage as soon as possible, but he still found time to come by and take a look and a couple of days later he was there with a crew of three others to do the work. He arrived on time, was friendly, cleaned up after the work and gave me what I considered to be a very fair price.

Mr. Brown came out the same day I called and arrived at the time he stated. He was friendly and polite. He asked to see which trees I needed removed and trimmed up and also the debris that needed removal. I had purchased the Big deal $700 for a $1000 and was happy that all I needed done was covered by the deal. I had been sure it would be more because of the size and situation of the largest tree. We decided on a day and time for them to complete the job, which was three days later. He showed up with his crew and equipment promptly at approx. 7:30 a.m. on what turned out to be a very cold morning. Proficiently backed the good sized truck with a chipper on the back down my fairly long driveway without a problem. They set to work in a quick, efficient and professional manner, with Mr. Brown there assisting and supervising the whole time. While some of his crew worked on safely taking down the trees, the others worked on removing the pile of debris or trimming up the branches. When they were almost finished, Mr. Brown asked me if everything looked good and if there was anything else needed. I mentioned a large branch I noticed that was laying horizontally in some other trees further back in the yard from where the work was done. He had no problem going back there to cut it up and remove it. His crew set about cleaning up the lawn area and it looked better than before they came. I just mentioned that now all I have to do is get rid of the garbage (meaning the resin furniture). That's when he offered to take it in his truck and dispose of it at a landfill. I really appreciated that as I have wanted to get rid of it for a while, but wasn't quite sure how. This was above and beyond what they were there for. His crew cleaned-up, removed all the debris, packed up their equipment and all was finished in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Brown's Tree Service and will be calling them when I need tree service again. Thank you!

Browns Tree Service did their usual great job of removing trees and limbs at our house. I have used Craig Brown before for work on trees and have always been happy with the results. We had overhanging limbs on both sides of our house and quite a few small trees in the back yard (which is all natural area and trees inside a fence). Browns Tree Service did a great removing the overhanging limbs without damaging the house or the back yard fence. And, they did a great job of weeding out quite a few small trees in the back yard. They came early on the day they said they would be there, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Browns Tree Service for any work on trees you might need.

Craig and his crew arrived on time as promised and took down three large trees for me. Two of the three were very difficult as one was touching my house and the other was hanging over my garden and fence. Craig's team did a fantastic job removing the trees and a superb job on the clean up.

Arrived on time for the estimate. I was quoted $750 for the tree removal and stump grinding, which I thought at the time was a bit steep, but then again I don't ask for tree removal services very often. I did not receive a written quote and was not offered one to be delivered following our visit. I did have two additional tree removal services estimate the work. Both came in $140 and $175 less expensive and both offered and provided written quotes with proof of insurance.

I had a very large oak tree in the back of my property which was dying. This tree was adjacent to an aluminum fence so it needed to be brought down piece by piece in order to not damage the fence. When I describe this as a very large oak tree, the trunk was easily 30 inches in diameter and I estimate it was 70 to 100 feet tall. A crane was not an option for me since it was located along the back of my property line with no way to reasonably get a crane into the area. The team did an excellent job. Each limb and section was cut and lowered to the ground with a rope. Nothing ever touched my fence. I'll definitely use Brown's Tree Service again.

Work was done on schedule in an efficient and neat manner.

We've had Craig do tree work for us several times in the past, so when a large maple tree in our side yard started sending roots toward our foundation, we called him to remove the tree. I left my name & number, and Craig called back within a couple hours. He was available to come out that same afternoon to give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so after discussing with my husband I called Craig to let him know. He said they'd be out on Monday to do the job (I called him on Thursday). They were here bright and early on Monday and got right to work. Within 2 hours, the tree was gone, the limbs removed, the yard had been raked clean and the stump grinder was on the way. Before noon, the stump had been ground and the job was complete. This was like all our experiences with Craig have been. He is always punctual, very professional, does what he says he will do, and leaves the yard tidy. Today when one of his guys was up in a tree he noticed we had a place on the roof that had been damaged in the recent storms and was at risk for water damage. We never would have known about it until our roof actually started leaking. Now we can have it repaired and avoid any damage. We're glad he was so observant and pointed out the problem.

Craig and his crew show up on time, very organized, no time is wasted. Directions are given for the specific tree with planning to surrounding areas that could be affected. Trees cut, chipped and property cleaned up. Couldn't ask for more.
