+ -1 moreA couple of months ago, I had them replace both of my headlights. I arrived unannounced and they did the work within 10 minutes. Today, one of the headlights went out, so I returned to have it replaced. They trusted me when I told them that it was just a couple of months old, and they did not charge me. I have been using Boyce McCaskill for a few years. It is sooo much easier to deal with them than with my Toyota dealership. It's a small shop with good pricing and great personal service.
Description of Work: Replaced a headlight that died after only a couple of months. They did not charge for the replacement.

Said that it would be finished within a couple hours and they called back on time. Car is running great. No issues and felt confident that they only did the work necessary.

Description of Work: I have several vehicles serviced here both personal and business. They always fit me in with quick, while I wait service. I dropped by with a work van who kept having a cigarette lighter fuse blow. This caused problems charging phones, GPS, and battery chargers. Boyce quickly got one of his staff to look at it. They even showed me where the fuse was so I could fix it myself in a pinch. He had me off to work in just a few minutes. Told me he would charge me for it the next time I came in.

+ -1 moreThis company is an excellent family operation. They are sure to show you your vehicle's parts and explain everything they do to your vehicle. They are reasonable and really love their work. They work on lawn mowers and race cars as well.
Description of Work: They replaced my timing belt, water pump, changed my oil, and replaced a gasket and an oil seal on my 1996 Toyota Camry.
