BLUE WAVE PRESSURE WASHING

After he finished the job, I saw that the pipe was broken, and they didn't complete the job. I called them immediately, they apologized, and said that someone will call me back but I never got a call back and I never got a resolution. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our driveway and sidewalks pressure washed and the staff was extremely professional and prompt. They were very efficient when they were there, and we could not be happier! We will definitely use Blue Wave for all of our future projects!

I have used Blue Wave for several years for washing my driveway and walks.. They are timely, professional and do a great job. This year I got them to do the whole house. Very spiffy!

They only use water pressure, not chemicals, so the driveway looked much better, but it does not remove stains or give the driveway a "bleached white" look. I was pleased with the results for the price. The technician was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Guys showed up on time and were very personable. Great work.

House was noticeably cleaner. Two guys came and knocked it out pretty quickly. No issues. Our house looks new again.

Extremely well. Contractor arrived promptly, evaluated the house's needs, set up his equipment, performed the pressure washing, and cleaned up the work area, packed up his equipment and departed in less than 3 hrs.

There were two workers that came out. They did an A plus job.

I called to schedule appointment. Wanted service to be performed prior to Holidays. I was certain that by waiting last minute, it would not happen. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would be out the next day. The technicians arrived earlier than were expected, so happy for that. They did not waste any time. Performed their setup and finished the entire job in no time. They did a beautiful job. My home looks brand new.

They did a good job and I am pleased.

I called and Ken (the owner) answered the phone. After talking on the phone he decided it was best to come see the property to give me proper estimate. He came that afternoon and I had the estimate in my hands before he left. Scheduling the service was easy, I called Ken back to let him know which items we wanted to have completed and he gave me a date and time they would come. The guys showed up on that date and time and were very courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job, and we will definitely be using them again.

I called on September 23rd and spoke to Ken. He said they were busy and couldn't get me in until the following Friday, October 2nd at 11 or 11:30am. Well by noon they hadn't showed, and I haven't received a warning call saying they'd be late or no-show. I tried calling their listed number and all I get is a busy signal. Finally I called enough times they finally answered and Ken apologized and said they had blown a line etc. etc. I didn't get a call from them letting me know they'd be late, which was disappionting. He called me back and said they'd be there in 45 min to 1 hour. They showed up after 1.5 hours. The job they did was top notch, but I was annoyed at the process...especially given that my next door neighbor had a similar issue with them no-showing a week ago. Safe to say we will not be using them anymore. Update: The next morning we found the keyhole to our front door was jammed up, and we couldn't get the key in. Upon inspection, I see some white buildup around it...it looks like the soaps/chlorine or whatever they used to power wash our porch built up, hardened, and jammed the inside of the keyhole. I cannot get the key in the keyhole, so I had to take it apart and wash it out with hot water. That still didn't do the trick, so we're buying a new lock and key set for our front door. I had to knock the quality score down a notch for that.

Based on recommendations here, I called on Friday, spoke with Ken (the owner) and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday afternoon. The guys arrived on time, worked hard, and did a fantastic job. Unlike several companies I've used previously, they did not do a rush job. The price was fair--exactly as quoted on the phone--and the end result was perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again--and I will--and I would strongly recommend their service.

Blue Wave did an excellent job on our home. They explained what they would wash and did the work on the date scheduled. We could not have been any happier and will definitely contact them in the future.

They came while I was at work. Easy to schedule and easy email of the bill.

They were absolutely wonderful, the very best. They were very professional. There was nothing I didn't like. They did a terrific job. My interaction with the provider was very good, the communication was great. It was reasonable.
