+ -1 moreI've had numerous cleaning services over the past 20 years, and Bless This Mess is by far the best. 100% reliable, great attitude, high level of service, flexibility, thoroughness, and speed. There is a small team of people, so the cleaning goes faster. They always come when they are supposed to and genuinely want to do a good job. They never say "we don't do XYZ." They'll do anything you need them to do...just ask. Their goal is for you, the customer, to have a more peaceful life due to their services, and they deliver. Falon and her team have been cleaning my home for a couple of years, so I can vouch for the consistency as well as the quality. You're also not paying for the overhead of franchise fees, uniforms, branded cars, etc. Bless This Mess is truly a small, locally-based business.
Description of Work: Bless This Mess does a deep clean of my entire house, top to bottom. Everything from getting baked on stuff off of my microwave to washing cabinets, cleaning sinks, counter tops, mirrors, mopping and vacuuming all floors, cleaning the blinds, dusting my pictures and knickknacks, scrubbing mold out of my shower and changing the sheets. Basically anything they can do to make my house cleaner. It even smells better. I have them to come only once per month, and they do a great job.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time. There were 4 people who worked diligently to finish the project within 2 hours as quoted. They left the house clean, with trash bags in the outside trash can and the house was ready for my party. They followed up to make sure the cleaning was to my expectation since I had to leave before they were finished for a work appointment.
Description of Work: Bless This Mess did a clean of my main level before a party I hosted. They did a great job of working around my space and focusing on the areas I requested. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors.
