Excellent job, I highly reccommend them. They were a little expensive, but you get what you pay for!

First off, we have used Blanton's in the past for our heating and a/c needs. They are always extremely polite, professional, and always on time. The technicians had suggested the possibility of us replacing the systems due to the number of times we called them and how much freon would need replacing twice a year. One unit leaked horribly and the other was getting rusty and starting to look even moldy. They were never pushy or aggressive in their suggestions. That's why we actually considered them very seriously. James came out to our home and did a full proposal when we were considering the possibility of replacing them. He was incredibly cordial and thorough and never once made it seem like a sale was going to be made. He presented at least 3 different options for replacement and explained everything about those systems as well as the work involved and total cost for everything. He was here for about 3-4 hours. That may seem like a long time, but it wasn't uncomfortable or intimidating. I felt like he was genuinely concerned more about our comfort and energy savings. It was about 5 months before we actually decided to "pull the trigger" on the replacement. I can tell you that they maybe called me once during that time and asked about it. They gave us space and time to think without constantly being in our ear about it. We noticed that our downstairs unit wasn't blowing out warm air in mid-November, indicating that it was time to replace the freon AGAIN. That's when we decided to just go ahead and replace both systems. Thanks to James and his hard work, it was easy to make the right choice for us and we were able to schedule the replacement fairly quickly. During the proposal, he said that it would take about 2 days to replace both systems. But when they came out, they actually had 2 crews (at no extra charge!) do all of the work in 1 day! Both crews arrived promptly at the scheduled time (around 8:30ish and were done by 4). They took care of everything and cleaned up everything when they were done. It was like they were never here! James came back two days later just to see how we liked everything, to go over final paperwork, and to show us how to use the new smart thermostats. The systems have been working like a dream. I am SO glad we did it! I really CANNOT say enough good things about Blanton's! I'm so glad I found them through Angie's List. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!

When I came home on a Sunday morning and discovered my house was over 80 degrees, I had no idea who to call. Blanton's sent a tech out within 2 hours of my call and restored my AC in no time. One couldn't ask for a more prompt and professional service tech. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We've used Blanton's for A/C maintenance for the last 2 years and have had an excellent experience. When we bought our house both A/C units were on the edge of giving out. Blanton's has replaced both units now, and we have nothing but great things to say about the people there. James came out and did a thorough assessment of our home to determine what system would be most effective; he was knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. On our most recent installation, Nick and Dave came out to install the unit. They were professional, and worked very quickly. The whole process was completed in about 6 hours. As a business, Blanton's is very geared toward customer satisfaction, we are grateful to have a company we trust.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable and didn't mind me watching him as he worked, He also filled me in on what he was doing and why. All was well except the $135 charge to replace a $20 part, after all, he was already on site doing the checkout procedure.

check up on my AC twice a year the tech come out was on AC for an 1hour and half so i went outside to check up on him,kind wondering what in world was he doing,he was on the telephone, then wrote me up an observation,which would cost me 4193 .00 do he suggested it would be better to just get a new AC unit ?as well told me i was low on R-22 so i was a bit suspicious i have as well a American home shield on my home for the last 10 year , i called them to please to send me some one out, which happened today the 22 May 2014 .the tech was good checking every thing ,and told me your unit is good just need the one part i have to order. i ask him how is my R-22 he said its good you need none.i then told him what the guy from yesterday wrote up ,he looked at me saying oh wow this is so wrong ,i showed him the observation sheet he said Oh my god. i contacted Blantons company and explained the situation, he was apologetic but wanted to send some one else out free ,i declined i said no thank you ,one time was plenty i was telling him it is like i go take my car in for service and the mechanic comes back saying you know what it is costing you 4193 dollars to repair ,you be better off just to buy a new vehicle? we have a felling this tech has not just done this one time just now got caught. i would always have a second opinion. i would never have them ever again on my property. and by the way my R22 which is the cooling the put in so your AC will keep the house cool was not even low at all ,this would cost you 30.00 per pound so if he says you need 20 pounds this alone would have been 600.00 when they were to fill it i was in shock ..really and then you want to come out again question the guy who told me this was all not needed, just one part need to be ordered and exchanged ,no thank you will never have them an my property again.

The service representative came to my house. He was unable to check my system as my system was unserviceable. It needed to be replaced. I went another with another company just for expediency and price.

They did a good job and I have not had any problems since.

They did good job and found leak in system which was the reason I was having cooling problems. Only reason I said I would not use them again is because I bought new Trane system which Blanton does not install. So now I use the people who installed my Trane.

Great! I'll use them again.

I called Blantons after my air unit stopped blowing cold air this weekend. Blantons gave me an appointment for Tuesday but fortunately my schedule was flexible and they were able to fit me in on Monday. Laxavier was polite and talked me through everything he was doing. He replaced my air compressor and recommended a surge protector for my air unit. Thank you! Will definitely use this company again.

Service was great. Received two notice call the service was scheduled and the technican was on the way. Received an e-mail of who to expect and when. They also provided a picture of the technican. The technican check the entire system and tested all components. Overall the service was great and I will use them again.

GREAT!!!! Told me who (including pictures) would be coming to my house and what each team was doing. They were detailed about everything up front. Cared about the customer and their quality of work. I would recommend them anyone needing service.

The folks in the office and the technician, Matt, that comes to the house are always courteous and easy to deal with. Matt showed up on time and performed all system checks and cleaned the heat pump components. He was also respectful of our house & property. I would not hesitate to recommend Blanton's to friends & family.

These guys are the best! Not only did they come out on a Saturday, the tech was professional, curteous, and efficient. He took the time to explain what the issue was.

Professional and courteous. Within one day new unit was installed and working perfectly. Cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful.

$69 for diagnostics and the remainder for a fuse. While I am skeptical of the financial cost I was very impressed with the company's responsiveness to my needs. I phoned Sunday morning and was called within a half hour. Not wanting to pay the extra weekend/emergency fee I scheduled for Monday. The service technician arrived around 1000 am and checked multiple points where the problem could have been. Unfortunately, he did not have any insight as to why the fuse was blown.

it could not have gone any better,the techs were very professional ,and even tho the weather tanked [rain] thay worked through it and completed the job on time. i would recomend this co. to anybody who wants a job well done.......

Kevin and Andrew done the installation and Keith was the Tech. They arrived in the morning and did not take a break the whole day.\, the work that was performed was done in a highly professional manner with attention to detail in every aspect of the installation. Job well done.

OUTSTANDING! I purchased the special thru Angie's List on Saturday. Received e-mail from Tonya first thing Monday morning. She told me that they could have a tech out that afternoon. The Tech showed up and he was very professional. He came in, introduced himself and got started. I walked around with him as he did the inspection. I asked lots of questions and he was able to answer all of my questions. He was here for about an hour, not too bad. He was able to tell me a few issues my system was having and what to look for. He knew what he was doing and I would use Blanton's Heating and A/C anytime. Highly recommended. Thinking about having them come out to do my yearly inspections from now on.

It went great. They came out, they're very polite and very accommodating. In fact, even more so because they originally offered an appointment in a couple of days ahead which I really needed a closer to the actual date and she called me back and said she had a cancellation and could they come earlier which is what I wanted to begin with so they were very good. He did a good job and the price was reasonable. They were so nice to call me back with the cancellation. It was really helpful because I'm old, I'm 80, and the air conditioning wasn't working in the hottest part of our summer. The unit is still running and I don't have any further problems.

The technician was very nice, well mannered and knew his craft. I asked him questions and he answered them: never made me feel like I was in his way. Will definately use this company again.

It was fine, but I did have to pay more for some freon. They were on time and he explained everything very well.

When our HVAC unit died we called Blanton's. John spent a lot of time thoroughly exploring a number of options for us, which were presented very professionally. The work was performed in a timely manner. We thought everything was great until recently, when we started tracking down the source of an unpleasant smell coming from under our house. We discovered our crawl space was damp and that the floor was no longer insulated. Mr. Blanton called as soon as he was made aware of our concerns, and someone came out the next day. They handled the follow-up as professionally as the original service, and we have reached a mutually agreeable resolution. Thanks!
