Service started off very favorable for first few visits but quality and time invested for cleaning seemed to get shorter each week. On the last visit, I took a closer look and found lots of dust under my living room couches, my son's bed (hardwood floors-very easy to see lots of dust left behind--less easy to notice on carpeted surfaces) behind toilets because the waste basket, etc. had not even been moved to clean behind, etc. The owner kindly offered to send another team to correct. However, I declined. We parted ways.

They did a great job. They were on time and finished on time.

Two employees came to my home and instantly went to work. I was very happy with the overall cleaning. They dusted, vacuumed, clean the bathrooms, kitchen etc and didn't leave any trash behind. I rated the cleaning, not the customer service. The owner of the service and I exchanged emails to confirm the date and time for the cleaning. I was emailed a list of cleaning products that they needed, as well. Two days later, I received an email with a different time and questions about how to get in to the house. I emailed back (within an hour) to say that the time was incorrect. I did not receive a response (three days passed). I again emailed on the day of the service to let him know that the time was not going to work. At that point, he called and made no apology - stated he had tried to call me - which was untrue - and asked if the ladies could still come at the time. I said no and we rescheduled. With this being said, the cleaning service was solid, however the communication or lack thereof, made the experience frustrating. I was disappointed for that reason.

It went very well. The house was clean down to the baseboards - we didn't realize quite how bad the house was until after we arrived to a clean home.

I purchased a big-deal from Angie's list, $100 for four hours of cleaning. Although we initially had a little trouble with scheduling my appointment, we eventually did settle on a time that worked for both of us. They did a great job! I work full-time, and it's hard for me to stay on top of house cleaning. I was especially anxious to have my wooden blinds cleaned, as they had at least two years of dust on them. They did a great job! I plan to use them again every few months, to stay one step ahead of the grime.

Provider was very easy to work with. Scheduling was busy around the holidays but was able to get me on the schedule immediately after. House was cleaned while I was at work. I was very pleased with how the house looked when I arrived home. The floors were spotless and the counter tops looked great. The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning and that is what they got! Would use in the future.

We've used Ben's Cleaning Services two times in the last month and have been so pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism of the ladies who came. They're always prompt and pleasant to deal with. The house looks and smells great. I've also been impressed by Ben's follow-up calls to see if we're happy with the work done and if there is anything we'd like done differently. I'll definitely use this cleaning service on a regular basis and highly recommend them.

The owner did a great job of communicating with us regarding dates, time of arrival, etc. This is very helpful to allow proper planning. They cleaned my entire house and did a great of job of washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, etc., etc. Thanks for a great job and pleasant experience.

We have had several house cleaning agencies in the past, and nothing compares to the quality and meticulous service provided by Ben's Cleaning. They are a cheerful, entirely punctual, and tireless team, and they meet the most rigorous standards of our OCD household. In the past, they have also agreed to additional tasks (deep cleaning the oven, for instance), at no additional cost. The owner takes personal responsibility for the quality of the service and is attentive and responsive. I would give this company my highest possible recommendation.

Ben's Cleaning Services are great!! After trying different companies to clean my business and home with no luck I decided to give Ben a call. Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was very easy, he visited my home and office and gave me a great price comparing to the companies I've used before. The team is very friendly and excellent at what they do! Every spot in my home and office was perfectly clean! You need to provide the cleaning products which I prefer because I know what is being use in my house. I have 2 dogs with very sensitive skin, non aggressive products are very important for me. I have been referring Ben's Cleaning Services to my friends and clients around the Triangle. You should give them a call too if you want your house spotless! You won't be disappointed!!

Very pleased with the services provided

We entered into an agreement with Ben's Cleaning Services a few months ago for a biweekly cleaning of our three bathrooms and have been quite pleased with the service. Last Saturday we had them do a complete house cleaning (minus the bathrooms, kitchen, and an office); this required four hours for the two cleaners to complete, and they did an excellent job.

After three very unsuccessful attempts to find someone to clean our home, I was given Ben's name and then did a review on Angie's list. The reviews were so good that I called Ben and scheduled an initial visit. We are very particular people and I told Ben during his visit. ( In fact, the first company we interviewed had agreed to work with us, but three days prior to their first visit, they sent a note declining the work because they felt our standards were too high!!) It seemed that everything Ben was offering and what we wanted just seemed to match. After the first visit by his crew, I could not believe how great everything looked when I walked in the door -- and that feeling continued after their second visit. After what we went through with other companies, I am so very pleased with the work his ladies do and now I look forward to each visit instead of dreading the cleaning days, as I had done in the past.

They were great! They did a good job and the deal was pretty awesome! There were no additional fees associated with the deal, but I provided the cleaning products. That was fine with me because I prefer it that way.

They did a very good job. Very thorough and efficient. The house looked fantastic after they finished. I would recommend them to others and will use them again.

Ben and his team kindly accommodated me with a first appointment on less than a week's notice which was much appreciated. The 2 cleaning pros had a couple of real challenges in a couple sections of my hardwood floors and in one of the upstairs bathrooms and they tackled these areas masterfully. Areas that were not as challenging not only looked spotless after the duo worked through, in the case of the master bath, the tiles looked almost better than the day they were installed! The duo was very detail-oriented, every surface and knob and handle and even the wondows are STILL gleaming from their great care. My only concerns related to a couple of cleaning products/tools used, so in the future I would request that my own be used instead. I highly highly recommend Ben's Cleaning Inc and I look forward to having them return once a month or so to help me keep everything looking as good as they left it last month :)

They wanted to see the house before doing the cleaning. They arrived at the house and then said that they cannot do the work because it is too far from their office.

Clean the whole house from top to bottom. Very professional and detail oriatied. We are statisfied and will continue to hire for regular cleaning. Communication is very good too.

Found Ben's Cleaning Service on AL and decided to give him a call due to the great reviews. Ben came out the same day to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable and he was able to schedule the work for the following Saturday which was a plus because we wanted the work completed as soon as possible. Ben is very professional and courteous. Our floors look AMAZING! We are very pleased with the result. We will definitely be using Ben's Cleaning Services again to clean the floors. We were so pleased we are now getting a quote on getting him to clean our office on a regular basis.

They were very thorough and the price was more than fair. Communication was good. I would recommend Ben's Cleaning for sure.

They were originally scheduled to arrive at 8:30 am and got rescheduled to 11 which was fine with us. Once they arrived they quickly set about their business (there were 2 women for this 2400 Sq Ft Ranch style home-- 3 BR and an office). They were very efficient and worked hard for the next 3 hours and really did a nice job in cleaning the whole house. There was little talking and lots of working and they both seemed to be very active throughout the time they were here. Inspecting their work later revealed how effective they truly were-- things were spotless!! Top grades to Ben's cleaning and better than our review here is the fact that we engaged Ben to clean on a regular basis.
