I'm quite happy with the service provided. The problem turned out to be totally unrelated to what I thought it was. Once Rick eliminated the false leads I gave him, he diagnosed and fixed the real problem.

I am glad Rick called back first. Came to the house within an hour of me requesting service!! Checked electrical system gave simple explanation and recommendation to have corrected and did not ask for any payment. He believes in good old fashion customer service!
