This is the second time we have called Ron. The first time he did some excavating in the back yard and was very receptive to what I wanted. As before, he gave us a prompt estimate that was accurate. He is always prompt and courteous and his rates are reasonable. We would definitely hire him again.

Ron gave me an estimate for the work a couple of weeks prior and the job ended up being LESS than anticipated. He showed up on time, was careful and respectful of my property anf did excellent work. The experience level was obvious and the shovel had to be handled like a fine instrument in some places right up against the house. I highly reccomend him and will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I had several trenches dug for footings for a large screen porch and deck.

I left a message for Ron on Sunday and he called back within 5 minutes and was out that afternoon to look at what needed to be done. He came back Monday morning to do the work; we were really happy with his quick response. He charged a reasonable hourly rate and was on target with the estimate.
Description of Work: Ron moved an old trash pile that was buried in our backyard along with a couple of tree stumps.
Very easy to work with, ON time and did what he said he would do. Good jack of many trades. He gave me a reasonable estimate, with a per hour fee. Estimate was close. He got along well with the couple of other folks who need to be met. Met the delivery person for materials and hauled some materials himself. He did a bit of plumbing on the side, which I was pleased with. I would use him a gain and recommend his services. He also knows a number of other trade people and provided some good resources. He seems to enjoy the outside work and came when really hot and worked hard. Very good with equipment and this type of construction. He did not feel comfortable with finish detail work, but did a great job on the overall project. He does usually work alone and is was very neat with my property.
Description of Work: Work included running drain lines, digging for a foundation, hauling gravel in and dirt/brush away. Had to clear for the site. He set the poles and framed for a shelter/pole barn, then landscaped it by smoothing down the soil/planting grass seed. He did, dig a ditch for both water/power lines, and did a bit of plumbing.
