Robert did an amazing job hanging and mounting my newly purchased tv in a really obscure mounting job on a slanted ceiling of a third floor bonus room. The angle and ceiling situation made me unsure if the job could get done, but after talking to Robert and sending him some pictures, he was able to find the perfect bracket for my needs. He also was able to hide the cables to give the full install a clean look. I would highly recommend his service for any tv/home theatre needs, and I plan to reach back out to him in the future!

Even after the install was complete, B-Supreme provided a Quality Assurance (QA) check of their own work and identified a 8th inch difference in the install and fixed it immediately!!! Admittedly, something I wouldn't notice from my viewpoint. As a single woman, new to the Raleigh-Durham area I appreciate the vetted service AND the amazing quality service received. Mr. Byrd was very professional and paid attention to detail from beginning to end. The entire process went seemless in less than 45 minutes which included removing my outdated 55 inch television and upgrading to a 75 inch smart TV. I was given a tutorial and my mind was put at ease that I would be ok operating this new technology once he was gone. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience and I will be recommending him to others and using him again in the near future.
