AUTOMATIC MAYTAG HOME APPL

I wish my wife had opted for not performing the work and I could have done it myself once I knew where the problem was.

I looked up an appliance repair service from Angie's list and picked Automatic Maytag based on the reviews and the fact that I needed a Maytag washer repaired. I called on a Tuesday morning, and the technician was willing to come out that day, but it didn't fit my schedule. I made an appointment for the next afternoon. The service did call me later on Tuesday to try to fit me in due to a cancellation (but I was out). Anyway, the technician (the owner) showed up in the window scheduled. The problem was immediately identified (He had asked me originally a couple of questions which I researched before he got there). He then took the time to discuss with me the merits of repairing vs not. I appreciated the time he took, and he was very knowledgeable about Maytag washers. He gave me an estimate before starting the work and left the decision up to me. I decided to have it repaired, and he completed the work very quickly. I definitely will recommend this service to anyone else.

THE MAYTAG GUY THEY SENT REALLY KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE GOT HERE AND FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG IN VERY LITTLE TIME. HE COMPLETED THE WHOLE REPAIR JOB WITHIN JUST ONE HOUR.

THEY GAVE ME 3 CHOICES OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE AREA TO USE TO FIX THE ICE MAKER AND THEN THEY SET IT UP WITH THE ONE THAT WE CHOSE. HE WAS OUT IN TWO DAYS AND HAD IT REPAIRED THAT SAME DAY.

THE WASHING MACHINE HASN'T HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS SINCE THEY FIXED IT. THEY DO REALLY NICE WORK AND ALL OF THE WORKERS WERE REALLY KIND WHILE THEY WERE IN MY HOME.
