The customer service involved was very good. Especially from our Rep. Dakota. He helped every step going above and beyond. Work was done well on time as scheduled. A few hiccups were uncovered, but remedied at. I extra charge. All in all a good experience here.

As I reasonably expected.

Our home was damaged by hail early June 2016. After our insurance company accessed the damage, several roofing companies checked out the damage. Aspen Contracting was by far the most professional. Mary worked with us before, describing the work to be done, type of materials, what would happen etc. She kept up phone and email contact to keep me informed as to what was going on (my pick of shingle color took time to make sure they had enough). She was here when the workers were on the roof and throughout the day, supervising the work and making sure the installers remained safe, watching out for debris, checking on problems, making sure things I questioned were fixed to my satisfaction. Mary keeps in contact, asking about my painting contractor and even suggestion painters for me to call. (damage to siding) . It's helpful to have such a helpful project manager around when you need encouragement.
