Description of Work: ASAP was prompt, courteous, and the house sparkled when they were done. They also cleaned the sidewalks and driveway while they were here. Because of the following, they are a B provider in my book: the chemicals used on the house quickly killed a few of the foundation plantings; they did not alert me, nor cover my small water garden and as a result the fish died; the drive way already had cracks, however one of the cracks became a hole due to the water pressure. A little more care in the cleaning, a few words of caution in advance, or an acknowledgement of the end result (the hole) would have been more professional.

Description of Work: Pressure washed house and cleaned gutters and leaders. Fantastic job. Only problem was there was some type of mix up and they showed up over 4 hours late and said the crew went to the wrong house first by mistake. Then no one answered business phone for over 4 hours so we never knew what was going on till the crew arrived. Left 9 messages that were never answered. But the crew did a great job cleaning the house and gutters - outstanding work at great price.

Description of Work: First, I asked that they contact me by email since I am at work during the day and am unable to talk at that time. I contacted them on 8/13; again on 8/16; and again on 8/20. They finally sent me a message today via Angie's list and my gmail acct. They say they sent it yesterday, but it arrived today (both around 1 pm today). They also called on 8/20 after they received my email on 8/20, but of course, I was unavailable. Also in the original purchase, I asked a question about having 2 homes -- one larger than allowed (slightly) and one much, much smaller. They never responded to that either. I have no interest in obtaining service from someone who doesn't read and respond to simple emails. I would hate to think what the real service will be like when actual 'work' is involved. Please refund immediately. Thank you. Tammy
