It was a fine experience. Price was much more than I expected. I was a little surprised, but it was a perfectly fair price. I was surprised because the advertisement showed a square footage with a lower price with a picture of a deck looking larger than ours. When they came out they gave us a higher price and explained that the ad was for a smaller deck. When I looked back at the ad I saw they were right.

They did a fabulous job, very courteous, and next time I'd go back to them.

I will never work with these people again. It took them over a week to schedule an appointment with me. They were supposed to come on a Friday at 11 am. At 3 pm they still had not shown up. I called the office and cell #, and my calls were never returned. I thought maybe I would hear from them apologetically on Monday, but I didn't. I never heard from them again. I had Angie's list refund my $.

We were very happy with the entire process. Miguel was very helpful in making suggestions to best care for and treat our deck and we were impressed with the end product. I will definitely be using them in the future.

It was fine. They did a good job. It took them a while to get there. They said they're busy. Between the time I ordered it and the time they got there, it took them 2 weeks. They added a part of it and they had to come back to do the other because the deck has to be dry. It took about another week. It looks great but it took so long to do.

Power washed my deck. Then it rained the next 3 weeks, put the first time it was clear, he came back out to sealit The deck looks wonderful.Very professional and courteous

Miguel came to my home to do an estimate of the work. He arrived as promised. Although I thought the price was expensive, his very positive reviews caused my to use his firm. On the appointed day, two men showed up and completely removed the old paint from my deck, exposing the beauty of the original wood. This team normally does hardwood floors, so they knew what they were doing. Several days later, ASAP Spotless returned, and painted the entire deck with a high-quality stain and preservative. Although the deck looked good, I felt that it needed another coat of stain. When I spoke with Miguel, he agreed to apply another coat at no additional charge, to make certain that I was totally satisfied. A few days later, one of his workmen showed up, cleaned the deck and applied a second coat. After that, the deck looked much better. The workman did a thorough and professional job, and as Miguel had stated, there was no additional charge. I also researched the stain/preservative that he used on my deck, and the ratings were very good. I feel that Miguel and his associates are honest, hard-working, and do a great job. I highly recommend ASAP Spotless.

Contractor arrived on time and took a look at the deck to provide estimate. To measure and properly evaluate the deck the furniture was moved and the table was moved down to the back yard. After reviewing the deck and providing the estimate for necessary repairs prior to service contractor departed leaving the deck table in the back yard and the chairs moved out of the way. My preference would be that the deck was put back in order by the contractor prior to their departure.

They were prompt and did a great job cleaning the gutters and even went beyond to get the debris off the roof that had collected in the gulleys. However we have gutter guards, and although the offer indicated that they would charge extra they didn't. That sounds great, but they damaged the gutters in the front on my house. I sent pictures and a email but no response from the vendor (30 days). Angie's list personnel suggested I leave a bad review which doesn't sound quite right either. Maybe a problem with the vendors electronic system?

Miguel came and assessed the project. Since the deck was in bad shape with the old dark stain peeling off, he offered suggestions. He stripped the deck, railings and spindles. The deck looked new when he finished. Came back the next day to seal and finish the job. The deck looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Miguel and his crew. Very professional and courteous. Great working with them.

Miguel and team were great. They showed up when they said they would, worked quietly, and cleaned up. Most importantly they did a phenomenal job on our deck! Additionally they were incredibly price competitive.

Everything went great! They scheduled the appointment within a day or two, they showed up on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Everything was perfect.

Bottom Line Up Front: ASAP SPOTLESS (Miguel Lopez) did not adequately clean my gutters nor flush the gutters and downspouts as described in the Angie's List deal I purchased on 1/18/2016. They left 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch of roof debris in my gutters (muck). There was absolutely no debris at the end of my downspouts; another indicator that they did not adequately clean the gutters or flush the downspouts. They apparently never ran any water at all in the gutters to clean them or flush the downspouts. According to Miguel in a phone conversation on 2/17/2016, they are only responsible for cleaning debris from trees (leaves) out of the gutters. They did finish getting the leaves out (I had already removed a large amount of leaves), but that is not a good gutter cleaning as anyone who has ever cleaned out gutters would know. I sent the following email through Angie's List to Miguel (ASAP SPOTLESS) on 2/10/2016 along with an attached picture of the thick roof debris they left in my gutters... "Good evening Miguel. Thank you for your prompt house cleaning. However, I purchased a house and gutter cleaning. I think you forgot to finish cleaning the gutters. Please see the attached picture of my gutters. I should have realized that when you finished pressure washing the house and supposedly cleaning the gutters in less than 2 hours. I've done some pressure washing and gutter cleaning and there's no way two people could have possibly thoroughly cleaned my house and all of my gutters in less than 2 hours. When can you come back and finish the job? Thank you, Dwight Butler" Response from ASAP SPOTLESS on 2/11/2016... "Hello Mr Butler, As soon as whether permits We will be there to take a second look at your gutters. Thank you." Response from Dwight Butler on 2/12/2016... "Great! I assume taking a second look means finish cleaning. Next Wed looks great for weather and my schedule. Can you go ahead and schedule me in for next Wed, 17 Feb? Thank you, Dwight" Another gentleman showed up at my house today (2/17) with know gutter cleaning gear/equipment to take a look at my gutters. After asking him if he was Miguel, he told me no and proceeded to tell me that Miguel had sub contracted this job to someone else and that Miguel had not paid for his gas to get to my house, etc, etc. I got the impression that he was expecting me to pay him additional to finish the job. I made it clear to him that I expected ASAP SPOTLESS (Miguel) to finish the job for which they had already been paid. He climbed up on roof, took some pictures of the muck left in the gutters and agreed that there are some pretty bad areas. He then started scooting along the edge of the roof bracing himself with one foot on my gutters and scooping the muck out of the gutters by hand. First of all, he didn't look very safe. Secondly, I was concerned about him damaging my gutters. I asked if he was planning to clean all the gutters this way instead of using a hose or pressure washer to adequately rinse all that muck out and flush the downspouts. He said he needed to call Miguel. He explained the situation to Miguel and then gave me the phone. Miguel then informed me that all they were responsible for was the debris from trees, not the debris from the roof, but that he would have his guy scoop the muck out by hand. I told him that I expected him to clean out ALL the debris, not just the debris from trees. I also told him that just scooping the muck out by hand was not adequate and that I expected him to use water to flush my gutters and downspouts as the Angie's List deal indicates. He said he would not do that. Therefore, I told him I was going to submit a complaint/claim to Angie's List, the BBB and possibly small claims court. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper that I have to waste my time dealing with this kind of incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Technicians arrived on time and completed their tasks efficiently and with excellent results. They also repaired a gutter that had separated from the facia with no additional charges! GREAT WORK guys!
