+ 2 moreIt went great!! All work completed as contracted, and redid some areas as I requested as well as some additional work, with a smile, which was very refreshing. The final cost was higher than the original estimate because of add ons that I requested after he gave me the original estimate. He also honored the 10% off for senior citizens, which in my case was a $200.00 savings.
Description of Work: Workers nailed down the deck, painted the deck and all railings (very large deck), sanded and primed for all painting, which included some rotten siding, which they replaced, screen door, on screened porch, which they also replaced, and scraped off some vine residue and repainted that area as well as the garage doors.(large doors) in the front of the house. Power washed all areas named prior to doing work as described.

+ 0 moreMiguel returned my call the day I placed it to ASAP Spotless. On that same day he came to the house and looked at the deck to give me an estimate. When I agreed to the estimate, the next day the deck was power-washed. The following day Miguel came to the house with a board stained with various stains for me to see what they looked like on actual wood. I picked the stain and the next day the deck was done. Miguel advised me that I would be able to use the deck Saturday. This whole project started on a Tuesday and was done by Thursday. ASAP Spotless gave me a 15% End of Winter Special for mentioning the online ad.
Description of Work: Roofed deck was power-washed, sanded and stained. The spindles had to be hand painted.

Miguel and his staff were very professional, courteous, and on time. Samples of stain colors were provided prior to deck sealing. Power washing was extremely thorough. Would highly recommend ASAP to anyone. We will be calling them back for more work in the Spring.
Description of Work: ASAP power washed entire house, including covered front porch and screened-in back porch, as well as deck. Flooring of deck and screened-in porch, as well as deck steps leading down to backyard, were stained and sealed with a cedar tone stain. Deck railing, support banisters, and all other deck trim (previously natural cedar wood) were then stained bright white (not painted, but stained a brilliant white).

+ 1 moreReturned my call promptly. Asked if I wanted an estimate, which I didn't think was necessary. Made an appointment for the following week, which turned out to be the coldest day of the year. Finished all the work except the outside gutter cleaning because of the cold. Returned several days later to take care of the gutters. Miquel and his crew were very polite and friendly. All spoke English fluently. Were very careful with their ladder inside the house. Cleaned up after themselves. My house looks like new. Very happy with the result.
Description of Work: Washed outside windows, cleaned gutters inside and out, pressure washed the driveway, patio and walkway, cleaned white trim around front door balcony, cleaned chandelier and window in two story foyer and removed cobwebs.

+ -1 moreI could not clean the gutters along the roof line in the front of my house, which is a Victorian style home. The two workers from ASAP Spotless made it look easy. They were quick and lived up to their company's name ASAP Spotless. I was impressed with their thoroughness and ingenuity in reaching parts of my gutter system that cannot be reached by ladder. That, and the work was done mid-day in over 90 degree heat. I will definitely have them back next time the front gutters are full.
Description of Work: I had the gutters cleaned on the second story of the front of my 2000 sq ft house.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with their reponse time. I applied on line for an estimate and recieved an email acknowledgment and a follow up call next business day. They were very punctual and efficient. The only issue was a plant that was damaged while they were clearing the deck. It was not going to move with me, so I was not concerned.
Description of Work: 8 x 10 wooden deck needed to be powerwashed and sealed prior to putting my home on the market. ASAP was able to powerwash as soon as they arrived for the estimate, despite the fact that the deck is not easily accessible. As the price seemed reasonable I asked them to start that day. All deck furniture and plants were removed from the deck. They returned the following day to seal.
