ASAP Spotless did a terrific job. They provided a prompt estimate and arrived at the job on time for the appointment. The work was done thoroughly, carefully, and efficiently. I intend to use them for pressure washing in the future.

I had family arriving in 2 days and wanted to get windows washed. I also needed my gutters cleaned. Called ASAP and explained my situation. The scheduler was very nice and said she would check with owner (Miguel) and thought they would probably be able to schedule for the next day. She called me back promptly and said due to another job being rescheduled, they could come out that same day. Miguel and crew of 4 arrived and I asked Miguel if they could possibly clean the decks and screened porch. I wasn't sure if the surfaces could be power washed as they are hand painted and we are renting this home. Miguel said they could perform a gentle power wash in these areas. They got right to work, including Miguel, working quickly and professionally. When done, I couldn't believe how good my front porch, back porch, and screened porch looked. Not only had they cleaned the decks, they had also cleaned the vertical surfaces, railings, steps, outdoor ceiling fans, and removed all spider webs and hornet/wasp nests. Prior to their cleaning, these areas were very dirty looking and now they shined. The windows also looked great. I was totally impressed with all their work and thought the price paid was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future!

They did a great job and we are very pleased. They were very professional and friendly over the phone. They were able to come out in a timely manner; I called on a Thursday and they came within a couple of days. I was able to have the work done while both my husband and I were at work. The house looks great and I think we?ll work with them again.

Miguel called back within a day of leaving a message, and did the work within in week. He was careful with my plants and extensive landscaping. He supervised the work personally and made sure I was pleased.

ASAP was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and very quick and flexible in coming out to give us one. The estimate was $750 for the deck for everything (replace three boards on steps, two boards on railings of steps, strip old stain, restain). After the estimate they asked where we found them and told us we would get a 10% discount for being part of Angie's list. They ended up being the only company out of three contacted that go back to us, so we went with them. They were good about coming out to pull the old boards and to strip the deck. They were also good about coming out to stain it after saying they intended to finish by the end of the week. I got a call on a Saturday evening asking if they could come out on Sunday since the weather made that a good day to do things. There were a couple of downsides: The first is that they were unable to strip all of the old stain. Not sure why it came off so much of the deck, but not in a couple of spaces close to the house. It looked like the stripping solution hadn't been applied fully in those spots, but it could have been the prior owners touched up something and it was a material that wouldn't strip. We wanted something to match what we had, but the result is not what we expected. This is our fault for not being perfectly clear about needing a sturdy stain that would see high traffice and furniture dragged on it at the dinner table during the summer. The two things that were not our fault was the staining of our previously unstained latticework. The first is that we had not discussed staining it. Now if they had asked first I probably would have said go ahead, but they stained it without asking which I found a bit unprofessional. The second part was that there were a couple of weeds that had not been blasted clear of the latticework when the powerwashed it, and when they stained they just painted right over the weeds without pulling it off the latticework first. That took a conscious decision to do, and over something that took a couple of seconds to move. They touched it up after I pulled the weeds away and pointed it out to them. They also didn't mention about not being able to stain anything facing the screen until after they had stripped everything and stained the rest. They did leave the almost empty can of the stain they used so I will end up doing this myself over time with a small brush. I think that if you want a basic stain and you don't have a screened in porch you will be happier with the end result than I ultimately was. And moving forward I will be much clearer about what I need/want than I was this time, my first experience. I am unable to grade his price because nobody else came out for a quote. And while I am listing that I would not use them again, I am talking about the deck work, and I would consider using them again if I have a similar experience with another company in a year or two when we have it redone and ASAP is "the norm".

Very prompt and flexible in arranging an estimate. They were on the job within days. They did a good job and the driveway and steps looked much better. Offered a 10% discount after giving estimate after asking where we found them and were informed it was on Angie's list. I am unable to evaluate the cost, or value of cost, because we did not hear back from the other companies we contacted. (We were looking for all-in-one service for restaining our deck as well as pressure-washing the driveway & stairs)

I emailed Miguel requesting a price for 4 distinct services. He called me within 48 hrs, came out and looked at the house and then gave me an email estimate within 72 hrs. He was able to start my work within 24 hrs of me accepting. All costs were reasonable. His crew is very efficient and professional. Because we had to leave the storm windows and screens off for trim painting, they stacked a lot of them in the bathrooms. They took great care to put towels down so sharp edges would not scratch anything. I have two very large windows/storm windows. They leaned them against a fence and then secured them to the fence with some netting so they wouldn't fall over. Miguel is responsive, his crew is great, their work is terrific. I'm definitely hiring them again to powerwash and stain my 3-level deck and will bring them back for any future painting needs I have. Highly recommended.

I received a call from the company saying they would be out the following day to look at the site and give me an estimate. They never came and never called me back.

Once again, ASAP met my expectations by providing prompt, professional service. Mr. Lopez was able to schedule my job for just a couple of days after I called him. Due to bad weather, we had to reschedule for following week. Mr. Lopez and his crew were very prompt and completed the job to my satisfaction. In fact, before he let me pay him, he had me walk completely around the house and check out their work to ensure that I was satisfied.

Miguel was prompt and courteous when he met with me to provide a quote. When I agreed to his price, we set a date and he promised his team would be here at a specific time. They were. His employees are friendly, courteous and hard working. I did not ask for gutter service but he had his team clean out several places where pine straw had accumulated. I had read most of the comments on Angie's List and had high expectations for his service. He and his team exceeded my expectations. I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I have used Miguel several times in the past and have always been happy with his work. This time, there were 3 workers. They came when promised and did good work and were in and out of our house very quickly.

They were very good. I thought my whole roof needed cleaning, but the owner had saved money and not taken advantage but provide a quote and service on portion of the roof that need cleaning, and he offered that.

We decided to hire ASAP Spotless based on good reviews at Angie's List. The crew arrived on time. They were very professional and careful. They did an extremely good job in cleaning the windows and doors. I am very happy with their work and definitely will hire ASAP Spotless again.

The only problem I had was when it rained. They were supposed to come out and they did not call to reschedule. Other than that, they were great. They were not expensive and they worked out very good for me. They are already on Angie's List and that is how I got them. I was pleased with them and I would use them again. I also do not have nay problems recommending them. I give them a good word.

Miguel Lopez was the person I dealt with. First he came and gave me an estimate and he was very professional and clean cut. What I liked the most about them was that there was a part of my house that had not been pressure washed when we did that job, and they cleaned it for me. That is going above and beyond.

We are pleased with the results. Miguel and his crew have a good work ethic and Miguel is very dedicated to making sure that things are done well and to our specifications. I began the process with an email to Miguel after reading several positive reports from Angie's List. He called me back that evening and within several days, he was able to stop by and give us a price. We hired him and they power washed the deck that day. Within a few days, they were back to stain the deck and replace boards. We had a couple of concerns throughout the process and several conversations with Miguel about the concerns. Concerns included, seeming lack of detail and strong knowledge regarding the stain choices, confusion over the size/measure of a 2 X 6 and the rain that followed the staining of our deck. We reached resolution on all of these issues. Miguel is committed to high quality work and to doing what it takes to address our concerns.

ASAP cleaned my deck and was able to remove all the old ugly stain. They re stained it and even replaced some of the rotten boards for me when I asked. They were better than on time, they were early! They were friendly and returned my call promptly. I would definitely recommend them and intend to use them again in the future. There estimate was also much less than another company.
