I had to call them back because there was a buildup of dirt after the pressure washing. I called them and they had no problem coming back out. I had some questions about the staining on the deck and they had no problems coming back out, and they were very nice about it. They didn't give me a hard time when I had any questions about their work, and they were willing to fix it.

ASAP Spotless was very responsive. They contacted me the next day after I sent out the inquery about the deck service. They discussed what options I had and provided me with the most economic solution for my situation. They started and finished the work earlier than expected. I ended up asking them doing the fence for me as well. The crew members were friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have is that they didn't fix the fence between trees/bushes at the corner of the backyard. However, I admit that it is a place easy to get overlooked.

The arrived on time and did an outstanding job. My husband wished we would have hired them to do our power washing and window washing a long time ago. They washed the windows inside and out. Also, washed the screens and replaced them back onto the house. You cannot go wrong with this company, best in town!

Punctual and responsive. Price was good. Once completed, I asked noticed that there were areas that had not stained as well. I asked them to look at these areas. As well as do check the gutters for cleaning. They never came back out to the house to take care of the areas that I had concenrs with or check the gutters for cleaning.

My appointment was for 9:00 AM but they arrived about 15 minutes early and let me know they were ready to begin. I made the appointment the day before and they were here the next morning. They took their shoes off and were very careful inside. I experienced absolutely no problems and found them to be very polite.

ON TIME, COMPLETED JOB QUICKLY..........DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN THE NEED ARISES.........

They were responsive to my inquiry through Angies List. Came out and gave the lowest of three estimates. Offered to work on a holiday bu it rained so they came the next day. Prssured washed the deck. Waited only 2 days for it to dry and came back to stain it. I asked for a special color and they gladly changed brands of product and finished the job in one day without any supervision. They did an excellent jb. I was very pleased.

Terrific work all around, for a fair price. Will absolutely use them again.

I knew about ASAP from my time on the HOA board, because they regularly clean the townhouses where we lived. So when the time came to clean our house to put it on the market, I contacted ASAP. The individual rate was a little higher than when they come for a whole neighborhood, of course, but they did the same great job as usual.

Work was fine. There was level of sloppiness that was surprisingly disappointing. Some foundation plants were heavily damaged by the cleaning solution. No plants were covered. Some debris from the gutters was left on the ground. Orange peals and cigarette butt was left where the work van parked in the street...as well as trampled curb plants. The owner/manager was called but never stopped by as he indicated he would.

They never contacted me about an initial quote or providing an estimate. It was month ago.

They did the pressure washing in April and the gutter cleaning in September. They did the work when I was at work so I really didn't see the people. As far as I could tell, they did a fine job and everything looked cleaned out. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. It took a couple of times to get in touch with them. We were having a lot of rain when they were originally supposed to come out and they called to reschedule it. They fit me in on another day before the rain came in. They did a good job with that. I have been doing my own gutters since then but I would use them again if I needed to.

. Every time I use them I like them. I am sure they will call me back. They are easy to schedule. They do everything apt. I will continue to use them in the future.

I got their name off of Angie's List. They did a fine job. They were on time. I was not even here when they did it and they did fine. They cleaned up everything including the downspout. They came out when they were supposed to. It was an easy interaction. I thought that their price was a little high.

Punctual,polite. The only thing that I questioned was that they did not know about the Angie List discount. I called the office & the lady said she would send me out a check for $12 right away.

This is the 2nd time we've used Miguel. He and is crew are great. We had concerns about the powerwashing with any bleach or chemicals because of the amount of plant material we have. We agreed on bleach only and his crew was great ensuring all plant material was appropriately covered. Also had to schedule between rainy days and Miguel ensured enough time had elapsed between rainy/sunny days for deck to be thoroughly dry before staining. Deck looks great. Will definitely use Miguel again and would recommend him to others.

Overall everything was great. Miguel was responsive in scheduling an estimate, gave me a clear estimate in writing and was able to schedule the work when we needed it. The windows were done first and they all look great. The deck was a two step process of pressure wash and then stain. We appreciated when they showed up to stain and they decided not to do it because the deck wasn't dry enough to stain so they waited until another day. They finished it up and it looks great. There was a bit of overspray on the patio below but they cleaned it and made it right.

Miguel provided an estimate for all the services above. Scheduled work for 1 week from time of estimate. Crew arrived and began work promptly. Two person crew, Miguel did not stay for the work, but did come back at the end of cleaning. The person working on the exterior was excellent. The person on the interior windows did a good job but only the glass was cleaned, not casings or window jams. Ask at time of estimate if you want this done. The deck cleaning was also very good. The overall all appearance of the house was very good after the cleaning and worth the investment. Deck sealing/painting was scheduled for a different day because it needed time to dry. There was no sanding prior to painting. After the fact, I should have specified at least spot sanding. The painters were subcontracted by Miguel. The paint job was completed with an air pressurized spray gun. When they were finished painting, I paid them by check for the entire job. That I am aware, Miguel did not return to inspect the final work. The overall appearance of the deck was good, but now after several months, the paint is not holding up as I would have expected.

The cleaning team came on time. They all worked together and did just what they came to do. They performed the service in a timely manner. They were professional and respectful.

I called this company initially to schedule an estimate. I was told that the owner would come by and leave an estimate on the door. No one came. Because of all the good reviews I thought maybe I would try again. I called and requested an estimate again. The estimate was on my front door the next day. I called to schedule the actual pressure wash for my home and driveway. I was told by a female that they would arrive on specified day at 1pm. The doorbell rang at 9am on the scheduled day and I opened the door to men moving my pots and chairs off the front porch. The owner said that he thought the appointment was for 9am, I said ok. I inquired, you are pressure washing the house and the driveway correct? He replied yes. I went inside. I was inside when my phone and other electric units when out. I assumed they tripped a switch. I went outside to check on the progress. The owner was nowhere to be found. There was just a big water tank and one gentlemen who did not speak English doing the job. I tried to point out some areas he missed, such as the mildew on the outside of the porch, but he did not understand. I called the owner on the phone and told him that I can not relay some concerns to his worker. I got his voice mail, but he returned immediately. I told him about the missed spots, the fact that my window screens had been on the ground (not taken off, but fallen because of the pressure wash). He said that they do not remove the screens and that he could not pressure wash some areas because there was a fungus on the siding from the plants (little black spots that looked like mud splatter), but I could wipe them off with my hand??? I told him about the mildew outside my porch and he did remove that but when I returned he had pressure washed the inside of my porch which I had many plants on to be planted in the yard. The ceiling speakers on the porch were wet I am not sure if they will dry rot. The worker pressure washed my stained wood front door and the cedar shingles that were recently stained on the front of the house and looked so. I will have to have both stained once again. All my bronze exterior door knobs now have a dull film on them from the chemical (bleach) they used. I can positively say the I was pleased with the job that was done on the driveway. I would have preferred the owner to tell me he could not fit me into his schedule instead of doing a poor job. He said that he was behind because of the rain. This will cost me more than the cost of the wash. I could not reccomend this company nor would I use them again.

They arrived exactly at the appointment time, were professional & thorough. All work was completed in under 2 hours. Would definitely recommend & use them again.

Miguel and his crew were on-time and thorough, and completely cleaned up after they were done. I had only a couple of small issues after the job, which Miguel took care of personally the next day (he shares his cell phone number, so he's always accessible). The house looks great, and the deck looks better than ever--almost brand new. In particular, I appreciated the detailed inspection that Miguel gave the deck to check for structural problems before doing his crew did their work. This is the second time I've used ASAP Spotless, but the first time I've had them clean and reseal my deck. I'm 100% satisfied with their work and my interactions with their office (thanks, Patricia!).

I was very impressed with Miguel's work! The driveway and sidewalk looks brand new. All nearby landscaping was properly protected and completely undamaged for all of the work. The deck was powerwashed to remove all traces of the old faded stain. I was presented with a sample board of stain colors, chose one and the deck, banding, steps, and lattice were all stained in a beautiful redwood Cabot stain. Miguel was very responsive to my initial all all subsequent contacts. I have already recommended him to my friends and co-workers. I will call on ASAP Spotless again! Oh, one more thing.. Excellent job. Miguel responded quickly to my e-mail, came to the house for an estimate, and was very responsive in scheduling around our work schedules. On the day of the cleaning, he and his crew were right on time. They worked carefully around our shrubs and landscaping, did excellent work and finished the job promptly. What a pleasure to work with someone like this!

They did a great job. I will use them again in the future.
