ASAP SPOTLESS

Scheduled work on a Friday afternoon. Power-washing went well, then started on windows, but had to come back to finsh due to late afternoon. They did come back on a Sunday !!! to finish job. We kept to only 20 windows per the coupon as we felt $9 for every extra window was alittle expensive... We also took down and re-installed the window ribs on the inside of the windows ourselves to speed up the process...

Two workers from ASAP Spotless arrived on time to pressure wash the house and clean 20 windows. One of the workers cleaned the inside of the windows while the other pressure washed the house. Then they cleaned the outside of the windows. This was an Angie's list deal for $299.00 but my house is more that 2000 sq feet so I paid a litttle extra. It was a good deal. The house looks great and the windows shine--I've had compliments from my neighbors across the street.

I had read reviews before signing up for the special so felt confident in this company. I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond. We have a huge plate storm window that had to be removed on the outside with tools. They also pressure washed our storage building without charge. The crew was professional and courteous. I would use them again, certainly.

s soon the big deal was purchased, ASAP followed up with a phone call and scheduled a visit. we were quite happy with the technology ASAP had. Clearly saw dirt coming out and very satisfied with overall cleaning experience.

They were great. They came when they said they would & cleaned off all the cobwebs, dirt etc. of the exterior of my home & did all the windows as well.

They showed up early which made me scramble a bit. With a toddler schedules can be important so showing up unannounced in an early time frame can actually be a negative. I paid extra for the driveway above the Angie's Big Deal. The job looked nice. My biggest complaint was when they finished they didn't put any of the patio things back to where they belonged. Worse, they left my gate open. I didn't notice right away and my dog went wondering through the neighborhood. Luckily my neighbor called and I got my dog back.

I got the coupon from Angie's list and called ASAP Spotless and schedule an appointment. It had to be changed because another job they were doing took longer than expected. They were very professional and called me to let me know.

We purchased an Angie's List deal. The vendor was responsive in scheduling and they did a very good job pressure washing our home.

Bought $199.00 special with Angie's List for house. Also asked for deck to be cleaned. We have a high deck and asked that top and bottom be cleaned. Was told would take 5 hours and extra cost would be $300.00. since would take 5 hours. Since it was going to take 5 hours I thought this was reasonable. When they came they came early so I was not able to move all my plants from the deck and deck railing and plants the died from either the pressure or chemicals. They also did not clean area under where the plants were. They didn't clean under the deck until I reminded them about it and then took less than 10 minutes. Whole house and deck less than 1 hour. When I asked about time difference from what I was quoted, they said deck was not that dirty and thatthey had 2 people. Would not use again.

This is the third time in five years that I've used ASAP Spotless to powerwash my house, and I've been highly satisfied every time. I should note that even though they cover all plantings next to the house with plastic sheeting, the runoff from the process will soak into the ground, and may have adverse effects on some ornamental plants.

I bought the deal on Sunday and by Monday afternoon ASAP had already called me to schedule the Pressure Washing. We setup a time for Wednesday and they were on time and the house looked great. 3 days from purchasing the coupon to the work being done -excellent responsiveness and a great job!

I had a coupon for the $199 special. Even if I don't have a coupon next time I need my house cleaned I will use this company. They covered my plants, moved the potted plants, even emptied out an alcove I did not have time to clear out and was going to have them skip over. The house looks great! Since part of the house does not have siding they power washed the walls of the carport to come up to the square footage I paid for. Would highly recommend them!

The two gentleman came on time and were friendly and polite. I had one of Angie's "Deals" on the house, but asked if they had time to do the driveway and the sidewalk. They did, and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was delighted by their punctuality and the great job they did. They were careful when moving things away from the house, and the house and drive looked fantastic when done. I am totally satisfied and will definitely use them again!

I'm writing this many months later so some of the details are fuzzy. The company was prompt getting back to me to set up an appointment. They arrived on time and several men set up their equipment and started washing the house. I had asked that they cover my plants, and they did a good job of that. Some of the plants got a little burned from the heat of the plastic but it kept the bleach or whatever they used off the plants. They were finished in a reasonable time and were very courteous. They left the yard neat. They even went the extra mile and power washed plastic my hose winder box.

It went fantastic. The men were thorough and polite. Our house looked as if it had been freshly painted.

The company called me to tell me what day/time they would be at my house, rather than my requesting a time. I unfortunately forgot they were coming (first thing Monday morning) and hadn't disconnected my electric lawnmower from the outdoor power outlet. When I arrived home, the power cord was sopping wet and had shorted out. The backyard spigot had been damaged and now sprays water upwards. One of my shutters had been pulled away from the house and not nailed back in. And the angle they'd sprayed the water made it come *through* my back door, damaging my entryway and bleaching my indoor mat. They cleaned the front steps and the first two squares of my walkway, leaving the rest untouched and looking ridiculous. My deck and driveway, though soaking wet, had not been cleaned. I am thoroughly displeased with the job done and could have had more done--and more professionally done--at the same price.

I responded to the special on Angie's List. Paid for the service over the phone and set up a date for the service. I didn't need to be home for the service. I came home after work and my house was spotless! Awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone. Kudos!!!! Do to the solution and time of the year, you will smell a light bleach smell for a few days. But I had this done in 95+degree weather, so kudos for them to get it done.

The start-to-finish story is simple- they arrived as promised, with a worried boss calling ahead because of a street address error. The on-the-job foreman of the three talked to us briefly while getting equipment ready and they jumped into the job. They were extremely courteous and carefully removed shoes when coming inside to do window interiors. They followed any requests that we made such as keeping doors closed for the sake of fearful pets. They worked steadily and with good cheer and were always in motion as they moved through the large number of windows. SAtorm panes were removed and window frames also cleaned. The results are fantastic- windows are spotlessly cleaned and the house looks great. To be honest, we were shocked at their professionalism because of experiences with other painting and home maintenance work )that had not been recommended by Angies List members). We could not have done the window washing job on our two story house and so we will hire them again for all home maintenance work that we cannot perform ourselves, including roof and gutter cleaning. THeir pricing seems very fair and competitive. They are a well-managed company whose employees show real pride in the quality of results- exceptional!

It happened just as advertised. They did a great job, showed up at the appointment time on time. Job was done well in about an hour. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

Work was performed in less than one day. The finnish was patchy suggesting heavy and light brush work giving an inconsistent finnish. Miguel said he will come back after the summer to take a look to see how the deck is doing and has offered to make any areas right or re-stain if required, which is why I marked professionalism higher. Oil stain marks on the weather boards.

I'd been shopping for power-washing services and jumped at the Angie's-list $199 deal. ASAP Spotless contacted me within 24-hours to schedule and I added the gutter cleaning at that time. I was at work the day they came to clean the house so I can't comment on the process. They did, however, do a fantastic job. The house has never looked better.I didn't appreciate how the pollen and cobwebs collect until ASAP Spotless made them all disappear.As to the gutters, it mystifies me how they get them clean so fast. Our yard is heavily wooded so the gutters clutter and clog quickly with debris and pollen. I've got covers/guards on the gutters so for me to clean them takes what seems like a lifetime with a ladder, trowel and infinite trips up and down the ladder.So $95 for ASAP to get them twice as clean as I could is a bargain. Thanks ASAP Spotless!

Signed up for the Angie's List Big Deal. The following day, they called to set-up an appointment and were quite courteous. On the day of the appointment, the individual doing the washing introduced himself to my wife and was friendly. It took about an hour. The house looks great. I will definitely use them again in the future when I need my house powerwashed again.

The house is in a heavily wooded area and had not been pressure washed in a number of years. It is also in need of repairs to siding, so I wanted it cleaned first. Miguel came out the day after I called and gave me a fair estimate. He scheduled the work for Saturday morning at 9:00. The crew of two arrived a little before 9:00, let us know they were ready to start, and went right to work. To my amazement, they were finished before noon. The house looks good and the decking looks almost new. Payment was made before they left and they honored the discount coupon, which brought the price below the estimate and paid for the deck sealer I bought the next day. After they left I realized that the concrete front stoop had been cleaned and was ready for sealing, and that our patio set had been cleaned for the summer as well. I'm very satisfied with ASAP Spotless and plan to use them annually.
