The crew came on time and did a good job cleaning the window panes. No complaints there. They did not clean the storm window tracks well, so I am going to have to go back and vacuum them out. The storm windows were replaced incorrectly, so they are jammed in place and will not open easily. The biggest problem was the difference in price from the estimate over the phone and what they actually charged. While I expected some increase, it was almost double the estimate. When asked why, they said that they removed paint from the windows. If that had been done well, I would have had no problem. Anyway, I called the office to ask about the billing. They did not call me back. If we had settled somehow, I would not have had to write this bad recommendation.

Went great! Showed up on time, completed work ina timely manner and cleaned up after themselves....even picked up some extra branches that had fallen from a windy night.

It went very well, we were pleased with the result and how they cleaned up after themselves too.

We purchased a package from them as part of an angie's list deal. As part of the deal, we were able to schedule with though the Angie's list website. I didn't hear from them, so I then followed up with a phone call. We found a new day that worked for our schedule. They were here on time, and did a wonderful job.

We saw the coupon advertised by Angie's List, purchased two coupons, then received an e-mail from ASAP Spotless to schedule the pressure-washing. We were given two dates for the following week and got both done with minimal fuss. Both houses look great after the pressure-washings.

Arranged cleaning in timely fashion; arrived when they said they would; great job! Great price! Will call them again.

Two men came, washed inside windows first, then power washed the outside walls with clorox solution, then power rinsed the outside walls. Finally they cleaned the outside windows.

Their punctuality was poor and scheduling was a problem. I had to call them several times to get them out. However, once they came to the house they did a good job.

Overall the experience was great! Prior to pressure washing the house, they covered all of our plants and surrounding soil to protect them from the cleaning solution. Once they were done our house and fence looked like new. On the north side of our house we had alot of mildew buildup and they managed to eliminate all of it. We couldn't be more pleased.

It he windows looked great, the gutters were clear and I had them power wash my screened porch which came out sparkling. Most likely use them to power wash my home in May.

Great job. They were able to fit my job in when I called last minute to get my driveway and walks pressure washed before my appraisal. They did a fantastic job, showed up on time, were careful around my plants and Koi pond. Did a great job! Literally ASAP!

They arrived a few minutes early, which was a nice surprise! I don't think any service I've ever used has been early. They came in and promptly went to work cleaning the inside of all the windows. If something was in the way, they moved it and then put back in the right place, which was also a nice surprise and meant I didn't have to lift a single finger. I was also surprised when they took out and cleaned the screens, I was so sure they wouldn't do that! They did a stellar job pressure washing the house. Every time I come home now, I can't believe it's the same house! I didn't realize just how dirty the sindewalks and brick steps were until they were cleaned and looked just like new. They did a great job!

Overall they did an ok job.

Very thorough - windows look fantastic and they cleaned the sills inside and out as well! Rated as 'B' on professionalism as the onsite staff was a just a bit impatient with my questions.

We had been putting off having our windows cleaned for an extended period of time. I selected ASAP based on Angie's List reviews. They scheduled a couple of days out, right before Christmas. The workers form Spotless should up on time. Since our house was larger and had more windows than what was offered in the Angie's List Big Deal, we were charged an additional $200. I tried to see if I could just have windows cleaned and not have the house pressure washed, but that was non-negotiable. The men worked worked quickly and efficiently. The windows turned out great - we had some paint splattered on some windows from when our house was painted 2 years ago and they managed to get all of the paint splatters off. The windows have never looked better. Since the house was pressure washed just 2 years ago, it was hard to say how much "cleaner" our house looked after the pressure washing.

We signed up for an Angie's List deal to have ASAP Spotless power wash our house. Within an hour of finishing the transaction online, ASAP called us to schedule the power washing. I did not even have to contact them. They were ready to schedule our washing right away, but we wanted to wait a month or so. They were accommodating and very professional. The power washing itself was fabulous! They came while we were at work, moved what needed to be moved that we weren't able to, and left my house sparkling! I highly recommend this company and will be using their services again.

They were really great! They were prompt punctual. I had a call within two hours to schedule the work. There were three guys doing work. They were fast and did a great job. It looks like a new paint job. They were very respectful with me and my family. I would definitely use them again and it was a very good value.

It went smoothly. They came on time and the whole operation took about four hours. The use a bleach solution for the pressure washing and our front door had a small gap in the weather stripping so our small rug inside the door was bleached in a corner.

I was contacted very quickly after purchasing the Big Deal. We were able to schedule a date within a week and they were on time and did a very throrough job. My house and windows just sparkle!

First, I'd like to say how responsive and accomodating the company was even before the service was renderred. We originally scheduled for a day that didn't work out for us and subsequently rescheduled TWICE! The representative was very pleasant and rescheduled us without any problems. On the day of service, the crew of 2 arrived on time at 9:00am. They were very respectful of our home and wore footies inside. They were fearless and even cleaned a window that was on a third floor that we didn't think they would do. They also brought to our attention that an outside light on the front porch was not hung correctly (by previous tenants) and helped my husband correct the situation. On the way out, they even sprayed down my car since it was muddy due to recent rain (we have a dirt driveway)! I was very impressed by the service and will definitely use the company again, if and when needed. Thanks for the wonderful service! Lisa Frazier

This company did an excellent job cleaning my window and pressure washing my home. I even recommended them to a neighbor who told me they did a great job for her. The only complaint is that the individuals who came to do the work was not informed that I had paid through Angie's List for the special. Therefore, they cleaned more then I expected which caused me to have to pay additional monies.
