Miguel from ASAP came on time as promised and pressure washed the exterior of my house. All of the noticeable stains were gone when he was done so I'm very happy with his work. Per the coupon, anything over 2000 sq. ft. was an additional charge. We paid an additional $50 for 500 square feet.

Two man crew cleaned gutters and downspouts on 2500 square foot house. They cleared up several that were clogged and finished by cleaning up any debris. It only took one phone call to liine them up about 1 week before. They actually arrived ahead of schedule by 30 minutes. They were courteous and very effective. They worked quickly and completed the job much faster than I expected. They had to take apart a couple downspouts to clear stubborn clogs, but they did this with no problems and reassembled everthing better than before. I definitely intend to hire them again to do a whole house pressure washing. I asked them about cleaning decking that is made from composite material (Lowes calls ChoiceDek) that I find very hard to clean and they said no problem they use a cleaner made to do that easily. Anyway, great job on the gutters and excellent price. Absolutely no complaints.

It went just fine. I asked them to do the roof and they charged me another $200 for that. They were here early. They moved some things around the house and I started to and they told me they would and covered them with plastic. They started on the roof and knocked everything down before they did the rest of the house. They were good about turning off the water. They were here about two hours. I had hoped the price included the roof.

As a new resident of Cary, I waited for a couple of months (after pollen season but within the time frame) to schedule this service. I was not at any time contacted by ASAP, but called myself to schedule. I was given a time of 12 noon to expect arrival of the crew. They arrived at 2:30 and I did not get a call to advise they would be delayed. Upon arrival, the young men were very professional. They worked quietly and quickly and did a very good job. When it came to leave, they asked me for payment as if I had not already paid for this service. Thankfully, I had retained a copy of my confirmation of purchase and was able to provide them with a copy of the document. I believe they made a call to confirm my assertion. They then brought me a receipt, but were sure to point out that they had cleaned a couple of windows beyond the 25 total count called for in my purchase. I pointed out that they had not needed to clean out the gutters and I felt this was a fair trade of time and services. There seems to be a lack of communication within this company. After review, I think I overpaid for the service and would not use them again.

They did an incredible job! They were thorough yet fast and efficient. While on the ladder inside my foyer, one gentleman agreed to clean my hanging light for a few extra dollars. He did an excellent and very careful job.

They arrived on time and started the work immediately. They were very careful not to damage the shrubs around the house. They even did the inside of the porch!

They were very professional in their approach to me. It would be very helpful if the people working on the job could speak to me directly, but that was not the case.

They did an excellent job but I did have to call them to find out if they were still coming to do the job on the prescheduled day. They did arrive and did the job in about an hour after setting up. Two men showed with a trailer containing the large professional washer and solution tank. I had previously pressure washed the house using a small pressure washer and it took all day and used a lot of water.and did not do as good a job. Was concerned that the pressure wash solution would harm the shrubs but none were damaged.

They were going to cancel due to rain but I requested that they come and do it as scheduled and they did.

Very pleased with the results. They did a very thorough job and the house looks great. My wife said it looks much better. I will use them again.

An appointment was mades by phone. The company arrived on time and carried out their task to satisfaction. Very professional and respectful with my property.

Good Angie's deal for house powerwashing and I added deck to the services. Prompt, quick, clean, went the extra yard.

Job was done in 2 hours. Staff was cheerful, friendly, & polite. They worked quickly & efficiently. Pointed out one area incompletely done & they happily redid it twice until I was satisfied. They were 30 minutes late arriving but there are multiple streets with same name & the one I live on doesn't always show up on internet maps.

ASAP Spotless showed up on time and were very professional. They washed the house thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves, and asked my Mom (who was home at the time) to come and take a look to make sure she was satisfied. I will definitely use their services again!

Very well. I had purchased a special on line that included the aforementioned cleaning of a certain number of windows. My count was different then the company's count but despite the miscalculation, ASAP made time to clean all of my windows and added on a power washing of the deck. The windows looked wonderful and I was happy to have the entire project completed in 1 day.

A couple of weeks ago the company called to see if I wanted to schedule the work. I was not quite ready at that point but appreciated the reminder call. When I did contact them I was very happy with the owners' responsiveness and professionalism. They were flexible and responsive to our needs. The work itself looks great and took less than half a day to complete. The two men who did the work were efficient and I felt comfortable having them in the house. They wore coverings over their shoes to keep from tracking in any dirt from inside which was also a plus. Overall I am satisfied and feel uplifted from the results of the cleaning!

When I called to schedule the appointment, I specifically asked that they take particular care to wash the exterior of the windows. They asked that I make sure to remove the screens before they arrived, and I did so. On the day of the scheduled appointment, no one arrived and I never received a call. I tried calling several times to find out what happened, but I got no answer or return call until late that evening and all they could offer was an apology for missing the appointment. They promised to come back the next day and reassured me that they would be careful of the property as I would not be able to take off work to meet them a second time. But instead, they left dirty drip stains all over the front of the house, the exterior of several windows and window sills were filthy and had obviously never been touched. The porch light was knocked so it was hanging sideways and despite their assurances that they would close the 2 gates of the fence to my backyard before they left, they were left wide open. I called to complain and they said that someone would return to clean the areas left unclean, but it does not appear that anyone ever came because the same windows and sills remain filthy. This was by far, one of the worst cases of poor service I have ever received. I truly regret having purchased the service through Angie's list in advance because with the money already in hand, ASAP spotless obviously had no motivation to make sure the job was done right.

House cleaning performed was okay. He did not wash windows though, so white spots from the washing chemicals was all over the windows after it dried. Also increased the cost by $150 based on the size of our house, which was not disclosed to us before the work was done. The same house next to us (same sq ft) was washed for $200 flat fee. ASAP charged $199 (Angie's List special, which is normally $350), and then handed me an extra bill for $150 AFTER he washed our house. No, I will not be using this service again.

Everything went well from start to finish. In fact, I wasn't even present when they did the job.
