Went very well. No shortcuts. Declogged and cleaned gutters. Exterior power washing more than professionally done. Will recommend.

Went well after he arrived. He was 3 hours late due to weather and transportation issues.

I was not impressed. I bought the special through Angie's List and they did contact me within 2 business days to set up an appointment. Got the date I requested. So far, so good. I called the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm that they were coming, and they had me down for a later time then the one they had given me. If I hadn't called, I would have been stuck in the house all day waiting for them. Strike One. My husband happened to see a truck parked down our street and went over to investigate. Turns out they had the wrong address written down. Strike Two. Other reviewers have written of first-class service with bushes covered, gentle washing, porch furniture moved. This was not my experience. They just got out of their truck and started taking out their equipment. They did not introduce themselves or go over what was to be done. Then the gentlemen started saying that he thought my house was bigger than the special offered and would cost more than I had paid. I let him know the offer was for 2500 square feet, my house was only 2450 square feet and I wasn't going to pay anymore. Then I asked if he would be able to move my porch furniture (just some wicker chairs but tough for a senior to move on her own) and he said I would have to move them myself or they could leave the porch unwashed. I asked him to start with the front since my husband would be home in 15 minutes and could help me, but he just laughed and said they would be done within 30 minutes. That wasn't very helpful. I didn't know they would be using bleach - there was a very strong odor - and I am still waiting for spots on the wooden porch to dry to see if the finish will be discolored. They did an adequate job. Even though I pointed out the front area that was really dirty, no special attention was paid to it and it is still dirty in places. I probably could have done the same thing with the garden hose. I would not use this provider again and I would not recommend them. I didn't wait to get an estimate from another highly rated company since the special was ending, but the estimate I got from the other provider was only $15 higher and I might have gotten better service. I won't make that mistake again.

My experience with ASAP Spotless was good. They were really good, I think they worked hard and could have been a little bit more detail oriented, but I'm picky, so I don't know. But overall I was very happy.

ASAP Spotless did an ok job, but nothing that makes me want to hire them again: I had to reach out a few times to get onto their schedule. Except for the first quick contact they are required to make with the Big Deals, an email that said basically "We'll contact you soon to book your appointment", I had to write them a few times to get on the calendar. The appointment was for 9 am on a Thursday. I arranged my work and personal schedule to be ready for them. By 9:45, I had not heard anything or gotten any sort of communication from them, so I sent an email asking if the appointment was still on. A little later a woman called me back from the main office apologizing and saying she didn't know where the cleaners were, but would find out. She let me know later that they were having "car problems" and their "cell phone battery was dead" and they would be at my house in another 45 minutes or so. They arrived around 11ish. Interestingly enough, there were 3 men in the truck that showed up. How odd that all 3 of their cell phone batteries were dead that morning! I went outside to greet them and gave them the priority of the powerwashing I wanted done. The certificate was for a certain amount of square footage, and from what I had read in other reviews, and the small house I have (which is under 1350 sq ft!), I fully expected that the Deal certificate was going to cover the house and small 10 x 10 deck at a minimum, and maybe if I was lucky, the driveway. When I told the workers about this (house is #1, deck #2, driveway and walkways #3 in priority), they all looked at each other and spoke in Spanish before answering me. They asked if I had bought the deal on Angie's list and again spoke to each other in Spanish. Then they said they would "measure the house and see". A few minutes later they came back to the door and said the Deal coupon wasn't going to cover anything except the house, even though the Deal said it would cover 2,500 square ft and the house is only 1350 sq. feet. The job they did was ok, and the house looks a lot better than it did (it was way overdue), but it isn't spotless. It was an adequate job, but nothing special. For example, several of my windows are still pretty dirty and there are streaks on the railings. They washed the doormats off, which was a nice touch I appreciated. But - because they washed them on the part of the driveway that didn't get get the powerwashing service overall, I now have these weird cutout designs patterns from my doormats on my walkway and driveway, where the color is dramatically different. It looks pretty tacky now. You would think when they saw that, they would have at least washed that area to make it look uniform as part of doing a quality job, but they just left it. Am I being too picky? Perhaps. But I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism regarding the appointment scheduling, lack of punctuality day of service, and mostly because I don't think I got the full value of the Deal coupon of 2500 sq. feet of cleaning I paid for. My suspicion is because they were running VERY late that day already, they just wanted to get the job done with as little time as possible and move on. I was a prepaid deal, so they weren't motivated the same way they might have been if they were trying to get paid afterward for a job well done. In the end, they only did the 1350 sq. foot house and that was it. The workers had even packed the truck up completely and backed into the cul-de-sac, ready to leave, before having one guy come to the door to let me know they were done. So I guess it didn't matter if I was happy with the job or not. They were clearly ready to go and unwilling to do anything else that day. I'll hire someone else next time. I think Angie's List should allow us to see vendor reviews from Deals interactions separate from those related to normal client business. I wonder how many vendors like this one take client satisfaction less seriously when they've been prepaid under the Deal program, rather than needing to collect after the service is rendered and the client needs to inspect and approve it before paying.

They called me after I bought the coupon, but I said that I wanted to wait until after the pollen season was over. However, they never called me back like they were supposed to, and when I tried to call them, they never responded.

Great. They called back the day after I contacted them, came out the same day they called back, performed the service, and also quoted a price and power-washed the deck, which we had not originally planned on. House looks nice and clean now.

They did a great job. This is the 2nd time I have used them, I would recommend them, and use them again.

Amazing job. I was surprised at how much better the windows looked. I was very pleased with the professionalism I saw as well as how good the results were. The men worked fast, quietly and were very conscientious of my furniture and belongings. I will definitely use ASAP SPOTLESS again.

Showed up on time, cover all bushes and scrubs. gently but effectively power washed the house, the gutters and windows.

Having ASAP Spotless clean out windows was very positive experience. We had to reschedule the appointments several times because of the weather and visits from our family. I have never had anyone who handled this so well. I believe window washing is a weather related service. Other companies have made me feel guilty about having to change dates, whether because my schedule changed or the weather was just going to undo any work just done. I felt very comfortable making any scheduling changes with the person from Spotless. If we had to postpone or delay the window washing because of schedule or weather changes, it sounded as if this was just part of the routine for this business, not the scheduling nightmare it surely is because crews must be cancelled, reassigned or rearranged. When the two workmen came, they went straight to work. I had to pay extra because I had more windows than my "big deal" included, which I had not realized as I had not read the fine print. But it was handled very well and the price of extra windows was quite reasonable. The workmen worked quietly and efficiently, and were considerate of us and where we wanted to be working in the house while they did their work. They used the power washer on the exterior windows where allowable and then climbed long ladders to reach other windows not as well served by the power washer. They made sure they kept the gate closed so the dog wouldn't escape and were very careful not to frighten her with their power equipment or ladders while when working outdoors. The windows sparkled when they finished and I felt like Spring had actually arrived in the house.

They did a good job. They were prompt. They were able to schedule me in a reasonable amount of time whereas the others that called were not able to do so. I think that I certainly would use them again in October and I will book them for December. Price wise, I am from New Jersey I have never paid them that much for gutter cleaning but evidently here in North Carolina it seems to be the going rate here. Overall they were excellent. There was only one issue that I had, some of the cleanup was not what it should have been on the ground. But it was minor. As for their pricing they were high when compared to what I used to pay, but in comparison to others that I got estimates from they were right in the ballpark.

We were contacted promptly after purchasing the Big Deal on Angie's List. Our home was scheduled for pressure washing. ASAP Spotless came on the day they scheduled and did a good job.

They were here when they said they would be,very professional from begining to end.

ASAP stopped by the house the day after I called to provide me with an estimate. The work was done just a few days later. They arrived on time and remained her for a good part of the day. Not only was the work done well but it was even better then I expected. Everyone was very polite and concerned about my satisfaction.

They were flexible with scheduling, on time and did more than I expected. They also performed high quality work and this was the second time I’ve used them and plan to use them again.

Getting the appointment proved to be difficult, but once Patricia and I stopped playing phone tag and booked a time for service, ASAP Spotless did a phenomenal job. They came in, cleaned the exterior of the house, made sure to keep things maintained and orderly as they did so. The house looked exactly as it had before they arrived, except for the fact that it was spotless. Great job.

It didn't go because I did not hear back from them.

They really were quick getting out to the job. The prices were great. They did great work. I will be using them again.

Miguel Lopez and helper arrived on time. They were very professional and did everything that I requested. It was fast and excellent quality. I felt I got my money's worth.

I signed up for this service as a "Big Deal." Their office called to make an appointment to do the service. The guys were a bit late coming to my house because they'd typed in the wrong spelling for my street on their GPS. The office called to keep me informed about their whereabouts. When the men arrived they went right to work. I told them that I had to leave at a certain time and they said "no problem" in that they would stay until the work was finished. When I got home at the end of the day I was so impressed with how beautiful my house and porches looked. My house had gotten very dingy dirty and after the power wash it was sparkling clean. I should have done this much sooner because it really enhanced the exterior of my house. When I need power washing again I will definitely call ASAP spotless. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job.

scheduled this far ahead. received call asking to reschedule to another day but then said they could do it late on the day we had first arranged. came very late, after I called supervisor; he said that crew had been accidentally sent to another job but they would come to do our job ASAP. They arrived around 5:30 p.m. and the three men worked until about 7:15. They did a good job but were pretty beat by the end of the day. We had to point out a few places they missed; they took care of these spots and cleaned up well after themselves. Our house is about 3200 square feet and the Angie's list coupon specified a smaller house. I had asked the supervisor to take a look at the job a week before it was done and we agreed that the extra work merited an additional $250 beyond the $199 coupon. In the end he took off 10% because of the scheduling screw-up. Overall, the house is clean and I would use them again . . . but I would be even more picky about scheduling than I was this time.

The service they provided went very well. They came when they were scheduled to come and did what they said they were gonna do. Generally, I tried to not disturb anything in the process of doing the work. They didn't cost any problems here that one of my exterior door is a little bit sticking and the key wouldn't fit in the lock but we could a power wash there's no way to avoid getting water on wood. So, I'm expecting when it gets hot and dry things out that it will shrink back and it would no be hard to open and close.

It went pretty well. They showed up on time and were very nice. The actual work was done well. The only problem I had is they were trying to be so fast they got some things wet that should not of gotten wet. This is because they were careless because of being in a hurry.
