ASAP SPOTLESS

Entire job went very well. Miguel and another worker arrived on time [Friday]. They blew the decks clean of leaves and loose material and began power washing the decks immediately. This took about two hours. They returned on Tuesday after the wood was completely dry and stained the wood using brushes and spray, that also too about two hours. The final result looks great which is quite an accomplishment considering the age of both decks.

Pressure washing ( at my sister's home) they did fine & I don't remember having any trouble scheduling service.

They did an excellent job, were very professional and conscientious. We would gladly hire again.

AA Spotless arrived on time and went straight to work. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts thoroughly, then water tested them all. They restored everything used and/or moved, and cleaned up afterward. My concerns that they would be able to handle our large three-story house were completely unfounded. I was very pleased and impressed, which is not an easy task!

Miguel was great. Responsive, punctual and did a fantastic job. Our house hadn't been washed in 3 years and was really dirty. It looks like new. We have a lot of pines in our yard and our gutters were completely clogged - they are not only clean on the outside and debris free, when it rained for the first time after Miguel was here, there were soap bubbles draining from the gutter - showing how clean they were. He even rinsed off my front porch furniture, eliminating me having to. I would definitely hire again.

This project went so well. We wanted our deck stained and the porch floor re-stained. Miguel was very busy (not at all surprising considering his excellent work, willingness to get a job completed, and the kindness and consideration of his office staff). Miguel, my husband, and I realized the best time for him to do the work in order to meet our schedule would be when we were out of town (attending one of our children's graduations from an out-of-state college). Miguel did the work then, and the result was beautiful. When we returned, we had a graduation party in three days. Miguel was going to come by our home and see how we liked his work and get his check the day after we returned. However, I called ASAP's office the day of the party since we hadn't seen Miguel. We had been busy and were still preparing for the party the day I called, which I mentioned in our very friendly conversation. The office staff offered to just let us pay them the following week when we were less stressed and to give us one less thing to worry about that week (I also mentioned we had another graduation to attend the day after the party of our other child). How considerate, they truly wanted to help us, amazing! There was no problem at all working with our budget and needs. We would love to have them do more work which Miguel suggested, all reasonably priced, and we agree it needs to be done. I am certain we will call ASAP Spotless again and I sincerely recommend these wonderful folks.

Service was performed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. The pressure washing did loosen a couple nails. Upon my request they came back and added some new nails to correct for the loose boards. Would hire again.

Great. Arrived on time, professional, did an excellent job.

Great communication and they did a nice job including clean up. I have gutter guards which was no problem for them at all. I had one small issue that was found after the work was done. Many times you can tell how much a company cares about their customers by the way they handle an issue after they have been paid and left the job site. They responded immediately and were happy to come back at my convenience. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very well. I have a new home with a screened in back deck. ASAP power washed my deck a couple days earlier before applying the stain. The workers carefully removed all my screens and hand stained the areas that could not be done with sprayer. The replaced the screens after and cleaned up. Would absolutely use them again,

It went well. I changed the service I needed done and they were very accommodating. Would recommend!

Overall went well, power wash on Friday and was supposed to come back on Wednesday to stain and ended up being on Thursday....

Awesome! Rained two days after, and watching the watch bead up and roll off was wonderful. Extra mile award for them as well, as I had some deck furniture that I was going to clear off, but they showed up early and took it all off and put it back.

Purchased and Angie list deal. He came out and assesed the deck and the work required to actually restore it to what I wanted. The additional cost was fair for the work required and materials used. They did very good work and the deck looks great.

we purchased a big deal and they did not contact us to schedule and when we contacted them they did not return our calls. so unable to rate their actual "service of pressure washing" but their overall customer service is bad. total lack of communication.

Will be bringing these guys back for deck staining and power washing whenever required. Couldn't be more pleased. They showed up on time, were very professional and I didn't get the feeling they were after money, but rather just a good quality work product, which they delivered

I've been a long time customer having used them in the past for pressure washing and roofing. On this visit a contracted employee applied a product that caused discolored spots to appear on my garage door. I'll never use them again since the contracted employee denied having caused the discoloration.
