The best kind of service is the kind that is responsive, easy to work with, on time (within reason), fast but not rushed, pays attention to detail with reasonable cost. The team that cleaned my house did an awesome job. To be more specific, I was impressed at the professional equipment used, the courteousness and professionalism of the team, the fact that they took care to protect items and plants around the house, and even though I thoroughly checked their work after they had departed, I found everything nice and clean and nothing missed. They were here and gone without any fooling around. They did run a little late in arriving but someone called to let me know, confirmed exact location of the work (it's not on Google maps) and they followed shortly thereafter. I am normally a do it your self kind of guy but I am glad I hired ASAP Spotless this time. Excellent communication and top quality work, would use again. Thanks!

The area to clean was larger than the pre-purchased service. The company gave me a very reasonable additional price and did excellent work. I highly recommend them for customer service and quality of work.

They were great. I wanted something that was slightly different but they were able to accommodate what I needed and they did it by offsetting the fact that my house was smaller than they anticipated, so that they were able to give me some specialized service. It worked out very well for both of us. The work turned out great. I thought price was a little bit high. They actually got there early but by getting there early, they caused me a bit of problem. I wasn't home yet. I would use them again.

The power washed the house and cleaned the gutters. They called promptly, came when scheduled, and did what they were supposed to do.

Went great. Two people came and they were very fast and efficient. They started with the inside work and then moved outside. We had one window that was basically on the third floor but they did that one as well. Well worth the money.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. I have nice and shiny windows. I didn't spend any additional money. The gutters were spotless. If someone was looking for clean windows and spotless gutters, they would be great. Overall I was pretty happy. I only had to set up the appointment once and they showed up on time. I never met the guy. I would use them again.

Arrived promptly and worked diligently. One minor concern was that a worker propped the back door open - adjusting the door spring. Somehow, the spring was jammed in the process and the worker did not inform me. My husband was able to fix the problem - thank goodness! It would have been wise to walk around the house with the worker before agreeing to completion of the job - as I did not even know that the back door had been propped open until the next day. Overall, my opinion is highly favorable of the work that was performed.

Manuel arrived promptly at appointed time and wasted no time getting to work...gutters first and then washed and cleaned out the down spouts before moving on to the house, exterior windows and doors..even cleaned off deck and removed all debris, all without any prodding ..he was very professional and showed a pride in his work which was refreshing...he was even wiping down the handrails to our front porch. Our home looked spic and span when he left and we were pleased. I would use this provider again.

They do a thorough job. They disassembled eight planters attached to railings and reinstalled them after cleaning as well as removed numerous planters... some quite heavy.... from porches. The cleaned a plethora of outdoor furniture. They were mindful of keeping cleaning materials off the landscaping around decks. They are a bit pricey, but I am pleased with the quality of their work and will use them again. I wanted a sidewalk pressure washed but bypassed it because the quote was too high.

It went well although they left the back gates open which I had to run out and shut as we have dogs. I also found later that one of my exterior flood lights was flooded out and had to be replaced.

The work, when done, was good. It was very difficult to get in touch with the people. When things were finally arranged, they showed up on time and did a good job in a timely manner.

Good WORK, but POOR communication! Scheduling was difficult due to sluggish first contact from provider, and under-clarified details in subsequent communication. I would use them again, but with the understanding that I must chase THEM to give them my business (less than my expectations, but do-able for a good price and good work).

I just finished expanding my deck and I needed the old deck to look as much like new as possible to match. The old deck looked pretty bad. It took two trips for them to get the old deck looking good, but I believe it is as good as it could possibly look. They were punctual, very professional, and even spent time discussing the right stains to use. I have used them in the past to power wash my house, windows, and driveway. As far as I am concerned there is no other company I would use. They are outstanding!

Three men from ASAP Spotless arrived about 5 minutes early (8:55 A.M) and went immediately to work. They were efficient and very quiet. There was no talking or calling to each other, just attention to the job. They seemed unfazed by furniture or packing boxes blocking easy access to the windows; they just kept on working. The storm windows seemed to be no problem, although they are an old fashioned type, difficult to remove and reinstall. Part of the agreement was to clean gutters and wash out downspouts. They did this expeditiously and cleaned up the ton of pine needles that came off the roof. I thought the price was fair?even a little low for the amount of work they did. The windows sparkle, and the screens are clean. An excellent job.

They did a great job! They were prompt and professional. They went to work quickly, did a thorough job and took the time to point out a few repairs that need to be made. Since they don't actually do those repairs, I was confident it was not an up-sale, and I appreciate the information.

It went pretty well. They showed up, did it when I wasn't here and left. They did a good job and we didn't have to chase after them.I wanted to be here when they did it but my wife scheduled them and they showed up a little bit early which was fine. I was so happy that they did power washed the driveway and the sidewalk

Sprayed the entire house and cleaned out all of the gutters. The washing solution was quite effective in removing the mildew on the side of the house. Please with the job as performed.

They did a good job cleaning the gutters and the siding. The whole house looked great. However they power-washed our wooden front door, which totally ruined the varnish. It looked horrible, but they acknowledged the mistake and after a little haggling came back on the weekend to fix it. It took them six hours to sand and re-varnish the finish on the door and they did it for free. I was impressed that they made things right. Not everyone would do that.

I had alot of very dirty windows. They were wonderfully clean after cleaning.

We are happy with their service. The gutter, the siding and the deck were cleaned. They did a very good job.

I hired this company to pressure wash my home, as the exterior paint was dirty, even a bit moldy-looking in places. When placing my order, I also inquired about other services they advertised, such as gutter cleaning and window washing. The person I spoke with on the phone said that we should schedule the pressure washing (which had an established price), and that she would get a quote on the other services and get back to my on that, stating that probably they could do all the services on the same day. We agreed on the date for the pressure washing, but the company never called me back with a price for the other services. The house looked good after the pressure washing, but within 10 days or so, the discoloration began to return, causing me to think that whatever cleaning agent they used for washing was not strong enough to do the job. Now a few months after receiving the service, I cannot tell that the house was even pressure washed -- I would have expected a good pressure washing job would have left the house looking clean and mold free for much longer than it did. One of my shutters was knocked off the house by the pressure washing job, but the worker did not re-hang the shutter nor even mention the problem to me -- he just let the shutter lying on the ground in front of the window. The worker who handled this job arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly.
