Aaron F. was the technician. Couldn't be more pleased. He was experienced, professional, and diligent. Needed to rework the solution once he came to the house. He did so and I now have a beautiful pipe system under kitchen sink, if PVC can be beautiful. He was conscious of the debris and dirt caused and kept it to a minimum and cleaned up after repair. His confidence and expertise helped me become confident. I would not hesitate to use ARS and would love for Aaron to always be the repair person.

We have had excellent service and we have no complaints with them. We have been customers with them for about 6-7 years now. The technicians seem to be pretty efficient. They are pretty thorough and it takes them about and 2 hours to complete the tune up.

the serviceman was courteous, thorough and provided a lot of information. The call was basically a sales call for additional services. He recommended two types of water heaters (tank and tankless) and priced out high and low cost units for each system. The prices seemed really high, so I sought out additional estimates. I was correct - their prices were really high. Also, the others identified a problem with the recommended location for an indoor tankless system that this provider recommended. I will be replacing my old water heater, but not using this provider.

The workers have been excellent and they are very professional and have gone out of their way to be professional. They have been pleasant and they will give me options so I can pick what I want.

They have done quite a bit of us over time. They seem to be top-notch as far as courtesy and explaining things. They are extraordinarily expensive and guarantees don’t seem to do too much and there is always something you are going to get charged for. They project an image very well and wanting to do things right. They do things exactly the right way but it may end up not fitting best with an old house which can end up being expensive again later. They are willing to make things right for the customers and are patient. They give you a wide time window for when you have to stay at home waiting for them but they are generally show in that time window.

I was pleased with them. The scheduling was good and the plumber was good.

They are always great. We have been using them for the last 5-6 years. The technicians have always been very thorough, knowledgeable, and they do a great job. My husband is very pleased with them and if he is pleased with them then they are good. We have a maintenance contract with them.

I thought I was going to get a couple things done for my $49( plus $100 credit); but when I asked the guy if he could unclog a sink and fix a drip, he wrote up an estimate for $475 ish so I decided to only unclog the sink, which was still $50 on top of my $100 credit and $49 call cost. More than I wanted to pay or expected, but maybe that is what things cost these days.

I chose them because they are the biggest and one of the most well-equipped companies in the area. When they came out and did my annual maintenance, they were very thorough. Until the one time last year, I had a bad control board in my furnace and the guy came out, very professional, confirmed diagnosis. He quoted that $777 to replace the control board. I'm not against profit, but I know what it costs to purchase that online and that price was way too high. We were finally able to settle on a final price after some haggling. But the $777 original price was just for the board, but you also would have had to include the service call and the installation charges, it would have been close to a thousand dollars. I still felt like the final price as a little too high, but it was close to Christmas and I didn't have time to really worry about it anymore.

It went fine. They were trying to up sale but other than that it was a good service.

I was pleased with the technician that comes. They do a fine work.

Mike H. was very polite, covered his shoes to protect our carpets and performed the inspection efficiently and thoroughly. The receipt specified what was done and examined. Mike was a pleasure to deal with.

I set the appointment up for 09/19/2014 for the afternoon. I called ARS this morning to verify that they were going to be here seeing as how the 1st plumber I scheduled from Angie's List never showed. I was assured that I was on the schedule for sometime between 12 and 2. Their office called that they couldn't make that appointment at 1:55. They did apologize and said they thought I wouldn't be home until 1. But even if that were true, I was home at 11:30, they still had an hour to keep the appointment. Calling as late as they did is really a disservice and in my opinion shows a lack of respect to their customers. They wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule and if they had called earlier I might have done that but since the call was so late then no, there are too many other plumbers in town that may want my business.

The service provided was WAY beyond my expectations in every way. The technician explained what he was doing and educated me as a homeowner as he worked. In addition to working on my water heater, he adjusted the water pressure valve, advised about a leaky faucet and checked the pH and chlorine levels of my water. All of this was done without additional cost. I will definitely call ARS the next time that I need plumbing services.

Very professional and helpful. Diagnosed the problem quickly then discussed my options with me. Recommended that I replace the toilet. Outstanding person, good experience.

The plumbing technician estimated that it would cost $576 to repair the toilet. Then suggested that I could replace the toilet for $624. Then pressured me to replace both toilets in my house and install a water softener, saying that the more work ARS did for me, the bigger discount I would get! Told him that I would need more time to decide what to do. Called an independent plumber recommended by a friend. He repaired the toilet for $195. My only positive comments are that ARS responded promptly to my call. The technician arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy, despite the hard sell pitch.

replaced an capacitor on the a/c unit.. the capacitor was pricey.

They were able to come the same day as the call, service man was pleasant. It was a weekend call, but the cost is way too much for what was done. I only have the one bathroom, so I felt stuck. He finished within 30 minutes.
