I will use them again.

Basically, the techs are idiots, but at least they come back until they get it fixed - took four different techs.

Technician was very nice, got the work completed quickly and the price was reasonable.

Called Monday to schedule appointment for Friday between 2-5 to complete work we had them quote, and I took a vacation day to be at home when the technician arrived. The technician called Friday afternoon at 3:30PM because he had not been made aware he was supposed to be here until that afternoon. The office called to reschedule for Saturday afternoon. Plumber arrived around 4PM Saturday, and wasn't informed of the scope of work (in spite of the fact that we were told that all the information was entered into their system when I called to confirm the price), so he asked me a lot of questions about how the work needed to be done. Sunday afternoon we realized that the water to our upstairs bathroom sink was not working, so we had to call again to get them out to reconnect the water. Plumber arrived and found the problem, but when he turned the water on we realized the previous plumber had only cut the line and not capped anything off, so we had water, lots of water, coming out of the wall into our living room! I called the main office number and was told they would pass the information on to the local office, but no one has contacted me to find out if there were problems from the water leak. The plumber on Sunday (Travis) was very professional and had a great attitude, and fixed the problem, ad he was the only reason I gave them a "B" grade for quality. But the work should have been completed Friday, and it wasn't completed until Sunday at 9PM, so our 3 day weekend was spent with plumbing issues and problems.

It was great service the whole way. I will use them again.

They were great all the way. They have done a lot of work for me the past years. I would absolutely use them again.

They did what they needed to do. I thought they were a little high priced. They did what they came to do. Their punctuality was good.

Management came to home to review what work would be required. Crew was on time and competent. Did not 'mess around'. Got right to work. No lallygagging [Naval term for slow work]. Management [Steve] came and inspected while workers were working and afterward.

Dennis came out on a very rainy day, and happily did a great job unclogging the drain. He was very friendly and professional.

It went great. I am almost afraid, I'll jinx it. The guy providing service was Adam C. After possibly one of the worse weeks ever, this guy was thorough, kind to my dog, and even listened when my elderly neighbors tried to give their opinions. He fixed it and it took a couple hours. A drain was covered up by a berm recently created by the homeowners assoc. Also, I wouldn't write this review if I didn't think I paid a fair price for the repair.

They're pretty pricey. They have a very high starting price just for coming out.

The plumber arrived shortly before the agreed time which was very prompt, and was finished in around an hour. I was impressed by how quickly and clean the job was.

They were great. They were good for a very long time until the last time we used them, we gave them an F. I would never touch them again. We had them for 20 some more years with the service contract and we were happy with them up until the last time they came, they left something in one of our pipes when we ended up having flood damage in the basement and they weren’t up to it and we had thousands of dollars of damage and there was proof that it was their issue from their technician. We would never touch them again. I thought the price was average. It was fine. We had to go to their business to get the manager to come to our house to look at the damage.

So we had really cod weather here in North Carolina and in these new energy star homes they had problems with the condensation line freezing up because even though heat runs in the winter it still drains water out and at the time I didn't know that's what was happening so we call ARS and he comes out and it was very bizarre I mean immediately he's oh this is a really nice home these are expensive neighborhood this is nice out here and I remember working on some of these  because ARS was contracting by the builder MI homes to install the systems so that's why we used them and he comes back in with this wanting to install UV lights and special filters and it's going to be three thousand dollars and I'm like no it's not going to be three thousand dollars we're not doing that stuff just get it working again and he takes the machine apart he said oh this is one problem right here this hose is too short well you guys installed the hose I'm sorry the warranty is out he tells me and the little six inches hose cost a hundred and thirty dollars, just a rubber hose okay whatever I am freezing my family is freezing I got a child okay fine so then he cuts open the drain line and he pouring hot water down taking to fort and I am like would it help if I just went outside with an extension cord and a hair dryer and pointed it at the drain line oh yeah so I do that and five minutes later water is pour out and I am paying him three hundred dollars to get out of my house because my wife was uncomfortable with him being there and then a few weeks later it's on the news about how many homes are having this issue and it's just a matter of filling out the drain line and I never did hear back from anybody from ARS I never got a refund a reduce payment.

I've had them for probably 10 years now. I would use them again in the future.

My overall impression of them is that their prices are a little bit high.
