Pretty well, pointed out a couple minor problems and ideas on how to remedy. Didn't push too hard for the extra services/membership and when I declined, they just said okay. The $50 price was with an Angie's deal, usually $100.

Found them through angies list. Fast response on scheduling. 2 hr window was given. Plumber John called 15 min before arrival. He was very professional and efficient with his time. Installed garbage disposal and also solved the weeping sound coming from the pressure reducing valve at the crawl space. Thank you!

Ken was punctual and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a written estimate for the repair. He had all needed supplies on his truck and began the work as soon as the estimate was approved. When the repair was completed, he reduced the price of the repair, because the time required to reach the leak was less than anticipated.

I was able to get same day service and Mark was prompt, professional and explained everything that he had to do.

So I thought this was a great deal. It is based on the description. it was supposedly 10% off their normal price. However, It took three services technicians three different days to finish the job. I had to take off three different sections of days to get the service completed. The first technician was very nice. The supervisor was something else. I asked the tech if unstopping the primary drain was part of package and he was unsure so he called his supervisor. The supervisor stated "well he only paid like $20 or $30 dollars for the Angie's list special." Cell phones are loud. I paid $39, but I expect to get what I paid for and not what the supervisor thought I should get based on how much I paid. I felt like customer service was not number one at that point from the supervisor's standpoint. Plus it would be a simple process to unstop the drain. The next tech that came was way out of his scheduled time slot when he arrived. I even called the after hours dispatcher (both female and not the daytime person) twice to see if he was still coming. I agree the A/C unit for the assisted living is more important than my issues, but I would have loved to know his arrival was going to be delayed considerably. Second, when he arrived and I told him what needed to be done, he stated "I am on-call person and can't do the service that had been scheduled for him to perform. I have a lot of a/c that are out." He then left without doing anything. The final tech that came was really nice. He knew what he was doing and performed what was expected. I appreciated that. My issue is that it took three technicians to complete a simple 20-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up because the a/c supervisor seemed to deem it low priority and not worth the money for the work or they had other client "with a/c out" they had to service because it was after hours. Luckily, the scheduler/dispatcher saved me from being all out frustrated and I finally got what I had paid for and a little more. I would use them again, but would only give them one chance to get it right.

Without a hitch. They were prompt professional worked continuiously until the job was finished. They cleaned up well after the work was completed and explained how everything worked . They completed all paper work for rebates from the Electric and Gas utilities... I could not be happier.

We are under a service contract. We have been dealing with them since we moved into the house about 20 years ago. They come out twice a year to check things and we write them a big check and the stuff still works. We had the whole HVAC replaced, upstairs and down in 2009. Stripped out all the ductwork, replaced the air conditioning and furnace. They did routine maintenance and inspection. I wasn't there for the last one. In general, their people are very professional, they take care to put on their little disposable booties so they don't track dirt on my carpets. Happy to answer any questions that I have. In general, they are good. It has been a couple of years since I have been present for the check up. The last time I was present. They did a routine inspection, checked the the systems worked, that the air handler turns on and off, makes sure the furnace lights up and burns clean, that the air conditioner as the right amount of temperature drop, the current evaporator unit is not currently out of line. routine inspection. I think they make good money on this. Frankly I have not dealt with other companies to say that ARS is overpriced or underpriced for what they do. I don't have a basis of comparison. Given that it is done pretty much on their schedule. It is an annual agreement. It is done in between emergency service calls. They call and say can they come out on Thursday morning. You say yeah come on out and that it that. They came out when they said they would come out.

Rapid called ahead and was on time. Service went well, explained what was going on. Had a hiccup after service, AC was blowing warm air. The senior service tech (Don) on site diagnosed the problem quickly, after the air handler circuit breaker was disconnected, the thermostat had to be reprogrammed. I will use them again, and recommend to others.

I use them every week. I do property management so they do all the homes. They're competitive. They do a good job. I call them enough so they are like "We better take care of this guy". It's only a day for them to knock things out. It could be anywhere from $60 to $5000 just depending on what they have to do.

It went great. A. D. was very thorough and professional. He went over and above what I expected.

Overall, well. I feel the cost is high for just a visual inspection, but we did get our faucet replaced from Moen under warranty as a result.

The only problem is they always try to upsell and we have a home warranty company. It was a fair price.

We have a maintenance agreement, they come twice a year. I would recommend them. They are very good and a lot of the stuff is done in the crawl space so they take pictures so they can explain everything to me.

It did help our water to be soft. They put in filters and that helped. It is a good thing to have down the line. I am glad we did it. We were having problems with our toilets. The valves weren't shutting off and sediment was setting into the valves. The water was dripping out of our faucets. They did an analysis and said that the filter was too small. We got a bigger filter that solved part of the problem. We had a lot of sediment in our well. They said that a water softener would take care of the problem. I was pretty much satisfied with all that they did. We got our water back with the valves and it flushed itself out. He told us the valves would close up and things started working properly. They did their job, but they may have oversold the water softener for two reasons: One, because our neighbors said they didn't know why we needed a water softener, because they didn't have one. It may be different. They are not connected and our individual. Recently, I had a water analysis done by an environmental service, and nothing was unusual about it and they took it directly out of the well. He put a hand pump in, a specialty plumber does a water treatment test, and he said for a well it is normal for hardness. From his expert point, we may have not needed a softener. My wife said it has been a guarantee that our water stayed soft and we wouldn't have any problems. They are in the business of selling things, doing repair work, and having things involving a lot of labor. It just increased our suspicions that they are not trustworthy. There were a lot of people that said we didn't need all of that stuff. I don' t want to be oversold on things I don't need, and they have a tendency to do that. They spent the whole day here. I have a service agreement with them. I don't really know why we have a contract with them for a new system. It is only a year agreement. It may just because the merchant oversold the product.

I had three companies come by for an estimate. Bill was prompt and was very honest in his evaluation of what was needed. When it came down to the quote, his pricing was over $1,000 lower than the other two companies and made sure we were comparing apples to apples. He was able to arrange the installation two days later. The installation took a full day and the group knew exactly what to do and went to work. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Very happy with the job performed that day. They came back with the town inspector a week later and made adjustments that I requested from using the system since the install. Everything works great and very pleased. Do your homework then check them out!
