We had a really bad leak under our sink and could not determine where it was coming from. The plumber did a thorough exam and found it immediately - it was the pull-out faucet. He tightened it and tested that there were no leaks anywhere else. We're thrilled because we don't need to pay for a new faucet.

Everything went well. No issues were found after faucet was replaced.

They gave us the best estimate i'd gotten, did the work promptly and professionally. Everyone was friendly from the salesman to the people who installed it. They gave me a discount to use a thermostat I already had, but when it didn't work they installed theirs at no charge! It's been working great all summer.

When the person built the house the code didn't require it back then. It was a pretty simple thing. I have no way to compare the price. It's been doing what it's supposed to do. I had no complaints.

Off and on probably for 10 years maybe. Probably for the winter but after that I'll probably start looking to see if I can find something cheaper. I picked them simply because they have been around for ever and I hadn't heard any complaints about them but beyond that I can't tell you anything.

They did a fine job. It was really no big hassle. Everything was done appropriately and works fine. They were here the next day after I called. They were here within 30 minutes of the time they mentioned. There was only a couple of people involved - one that gave me the estimate and one that did the work - and they were both very efficient. I had a couple of little upgrades to match code. I have used them in the past and I will use them again. I used them a couple of times in the past and had satisfactory results. One of the guys is technically a neighbor and I have dealt with him in the past.

No problems. Thorough check, competently managed throughout.

I have had good experiences with them. I have used them pretty much for the 12 years I have lived here. When I have had work done they are kind of expensive. They are not heavy handed about it, but they do try to up-sell. I've never had a problem with my heating and air conditioning.

Service was great and had toilet working and in place in 3 hours

Dennis S. went out of his way to help us understand what he was doing. Since our water heater was older, I asked to have quotes on replacement a unit. Although he was able to get it running again, it was nice to have options. Dennis is very personable and dependable. ARS is lucky to have him representing them.

Usually serviceman arrives within 30 minutes+/- of scheduled time. We have used ARS for several years and have found their servicemen well qualified & trained for the work their performing.

The installation itself was fine up until they needed to fill the new unit with freon - which they didn't have enough of. That meant waiting an extra hour for a technician to bring some over. Then, once they finished, a new technician came to give a final inspection - except he left after only 5 minutes stating that a technician working elsewhere had run out of freon, and he had to go assist. Since I had taken the entire day off of work to do this, they promised me they would work around my schedule to get someone out for the final review - except they didn't. I had to take off work again. The technician was so late, he would have finished at 9:00 p.m. So I told him not to bother. Then they promised the next technician would be waiting for me when I got home. He wasn't. He called to say he was 5 minutes away waiting at Walmart until I got home. But it ended up taking him over a half hour to arrive. He was very efficient. And all of the regular service visits I've had since were fine - good service, nice technicians. But installation of my new a/c was a nightmare.

Tech very thorough and explained everything in easy to understand terms.

I am very pleased with the process. Everyone was respectful and professional. The job started at 745 am and they finished at 530pm. Their work ethic was excellent. The team leader, Rasheen was very respectful, very professional and competent.

Service was excellent and job completed.

Repair done to the downstairs. The repair was okay.I remember with the plan we purchased an annual service agreement. I would not renew. So they tried 2 or 3 different times to come out and then when the person finally did come out he was not professional. Overall the new installs are good but the repair and the service agreement for that particular company was not that great.

When the technician checked the unit he discovered a failed capacitor. He replaced the part, filled the refrigerant then monitored for leaks. At my request he ran a diagnostic on the main floor unit and filled the refrigerant. I was out of state at the time of service. The technician proactively called me to review his findings before proceeding with the work. He was both courteous and professional.

Fine. The only complaint is trying to tack on a huge amount for driving to my house. When I challenged him by asking what does the included service call mean, he only would agree to cut the additionalin half. The $89 deal turned out to be $140. Plainly dishonest.

I didn't do a lot of checking for the price. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. If they weren't an A, I wouldn't be using them.

They do good. I don't really know. I haven't checked the price with other people. They do a good job. I have been using them for twenty years. That says something. They come out and set the thermostat so it runs all the time. They go outside and clean the unit. The crawl under the house and clean the unit. They come in the house and make sure its cooling or heating.

They called me immediately after I booked them, and came out first thing the next morning. The plumber worked fast and accurately and completed his quality work within the time limit of the special I purchased

I've been contracting with them for thirteen years, from the beginning of my house occupation. It cost nothing for this HVAC check because I have them on an insurance plan, but I think if you pay for it, it's $119.

Technician arrived on time, was professional and got the job done.

Their communication with me from start to finish was very good. If their was anything wrong with the unit, they gave a good explanation of it.

Pretty well, pointed out a couple minor problems and ideas on how to remedy. Didn't push too hard for the extra services/membership and when I declined, they just said okay. The $50 price was with an Angie's deal, usually $100.
