Great. They show up when they say they are going to, get the work done promptly and explain clearly what they've done.

Jose B. arrived on time and did an excellent job opening up a badly clogged sewer line. He had the right equipment (including line camera) and knowledge to adapt to the difficult and very nasty task. He cleared both a slow draining line from a washing machine and a large sewer line. He ran the camera all the way from the house to the main sewer line and demonstrated facility with it and provided informative explanations. He was exceptionally professional, courteous and hard working, and as clean as might be expected under the difficult circumstances. We would recommend him with enthusiasm.

Raymond was very thorough providing a description of the issues found and also a solution. In addition, he recommended some additional services plan available through the vendor which will be helpful to me as a consumer.

One company refused to do it. They wanted to sell me a new unit. At least these guys did what I asked. NOTE: There is a very cheap alternative to R-20 that nobody will discuss. Next time I will have the coolant replaced with the $1 a pound stuff instead of the $100 a pound stuff.

I was very frustrated by my whole experience. Getting the appointment was very easy and the clerk on the phone was very helpful. I got a call in the middle of my appointment window that the technician was running late and if it was okay if they still came. I agreed but 90 minutes later I was still waiting for the technician with no word on if they were still coming or not. I had to leave but my significant other stayed home. The technician never called to let me know when they were on their way and just showed up. When they reviewed the work needing to be done, they could not give a clear quote on the cost as "it depended which part was in the van." The service person seemed nice and efficient but I think I was grossly overcharged for a $60-100 part. The repair ended up being >400 dollars for <1 hr of work. The invoice did not clearly list what work was done or breakdown the cost. I can barely read what was done or what the technician's name was. I am frustrated at the cost of the repair but more so at the lack of transparency of why it cost so much. I am concerned they replaced something that frankly did not need to be repaired to get rid of a noise that may not needed to have been changed. I feel the lack of communication on when the technician was really coming compounded the situation and if I knew they would be so late I would have rescheduled the appointment so I could have been home. I will not use them again and will warn about the gross lack of transparency about pricing and estimates.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the replacement. From first contact with Temperance U. in the office to Charles B who came to discuss the project with me. I called on a Saturday night, and Charles was here first thing Monday morning and the heater was replaced that same day. JB and Tim, the installers were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We could not have been more pleased with this HVAC company. From Marty Fine, the sales associate, who was able to save us $4444 on a Rheem unit to the wonderful installers Rasheen and Alex, everything was handled in a professional manner. We were told we could use our existing duct work also which made a big difference. Things on the day of installation went very smoothly. The mechanic and his helper did not take a break or even stop for lunch. They cleaned up every speck of their mess and did not leave until we knew how the new system operated and had answered all my husband's questions. It was a real pleasure meeting and working with all these people. A lady at The Home Depot introduced us to ARS which we were not familiar with. In addition to the money we saved, they offered us a 0% interest rate for 2 years instead of a higher rate for 19 years from the first company. We could not be happier and will gladly recommend them to anyone who happens to be in our situation or just needs routine maintenance!!!

They main guy was good but the helped was lax a daisy. They did a good job otherwise.

Technician just removed attachment to shower and tightened shower handle. The technician replaced the toilet fill valve, flapper (both replaced the same month) and the plastic pole missing a hook. He had to go back to the shop to get his supply because he cannot use what was already there and the flapper holder I bought. I paid an extra $71.00 for him to replace some new parts which I thought was not needed.

This was my first time to use Rapid Repair Experts and I was extremely pleased with Mark the technician who did an annual HVAC inspection and service. He was thorough and allowed me to shadow the service, ask questions and gave me helpful information. The use of electronic resources for billing and sending pictures of the service rendered was great. Rapid Repair was prompt and efficient in setting up my service and silver membership account. They lived up to their many positive reviews! The cost of the HVAC annual contract for two system inspections a year was $100 less than the previous company I had used for years.

We called 6 plumbers between 7:30 am and 9:00 am. None could replace our water heater on a Friday. We called Home Depot and they could guarantee installation on the same day. ARS was Home Depot contractor of choice. They gave us a quote that seemed high ($2,200) but my wife wanted hot water on the same day. ARS was the only contractor who was willing to come on Friday. The work was of high quality and the people doing the work were very knowledgeable and professional. I was expecting a bill around $1,200 to $1,500 so the $2,200 floored me. One thing that does bother me is every time we hire a plumber to do work at our house they determine something is not up to code. For example, I've had the pressure regulator valve replaced two times in 10 years with the plumber claiming that the existing valve would not regulate the pressure as required by code. I'm not a plumber but this seems strange to me.

Theirs was one of several estimates I got and even without the coupon it was a good price. The salesman was friendly, informative and helpful throughout the process. The people who did the installation were very prompt, professional and polite. One of the nicest things they did was first let me use and installed a thermostat I had purchased the year before. When it didn't work, they installed theirs for free - parts and labor covered even though it was at least a $100 part. They also moved the new unit over a bit so we can put in a deck if we decide to do that. The guy who came afterwards to be sure it was all working was also very friendly, but probably upsold me on the service agreement. (I haven't used it yet but will review when I do).

Without a doubt the best HVAC and plumbing option in the entire Triangle. Rapid Repair Experts did a phenomenal job with replacing my HVAC system and water heater. My system was a hot mess and Rapid Repair Experts were one of seven companies involved in my exploration process for a solution. They were the only company that dealt with us completely fairly. Their work was top notch and every single employee we dealt with from quotes, permitting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our system overhaul was a big project and Rapid Repair Experts handled it beautifully. Bill Graves and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. Every question we had and the entire instal process was handled perfectly. Our new system is fantastic! I cannot recommend Rapid Repair Experts enough!!!

They're just very professional and they have a really good system. I think they're mark-able. When the time all of this was done, they didn't deal with the duct stuff and I think there might have been some problems there too.
