ARS has not been to this customers home in over 2 1/2 years. The work described was performed on Jan 29,2010. During this time, the homeowner has never called or expressed any displeasure. I do not know why this report is filed now. The total cost was $448.20 and included the service call for the plumber, a replacement faucet with a model with a lifetime warranty, and the labor and materials to install the unit. That particular plumber is no longer with ARS so I only have written records. It would be normal policy that if a homeowner wishes to provide their own faucet, we will be glad to install it at a reduced price. However we can not wait alone in their home while they go to Home Depot and there would be another "minimal service travel charge" to dispatch a truck a second time.Again I am very sorry that she was unhappy but this is the first time we have been notified since Jan 2010. I will gladly offer her a $50 discount off any future work since she is unhappy. with our performance.
