Description of Work: Replaced outside heat pump and air handler in crawl space. The salesman Lee was great to work with, and the installation staff did a good job. It is hard at times to get an appointment without booking several months out.

Description of Work: ARS / Rescue Rooter Raleigh worked on our heating and air conditioning and they put in de-humidifier underneath the house.

Description of Work: I wanted commercial work that needed to be done; one of my tenants was out of AC and I called them to come out. It took the 3-4 days before I heard anything back. Also, my daughter was having a problem with her AC; ARS came out and checked the system and said it was old and they needed to replace it. She then had another company that just pumped a bunch of freon in it and fixed the small repair. I was not satisfied.

Description of Work: They have done the maintenance on our heating and cooling system and they will come by and inspect it. They have done a pretty good job.

Description of Work: They put in a new air cleaning system and installed a new AC for us.

Description of Work: We use them since we’ve been in the house for 35 years. We have two systems, and last year, one of them was leaking freon so we had them replace the furnace and the AC. We also had a humidifier on our furnace and by mistake, they had taken that out too when they replaced the old one. They came back and put in a new humidifier. They also only put one carbon monoxide thing in and when the inspector came to check the system, he said we needed two; they came back and did that too.

Description of Work: The kitchen faucet was leaking at the base. The plumber tried to disassemble the existing faucet but told me it was frozen and had to be replaced. He had one kitchen faucet on his truck but it was not one I liked and the price was much higher than I expected. I asked if I could run to Home Depot to select one but he explained there would be additional charges for his return to install and there was no guarantee it could happen that day. I felt preasured to take what he had. I already had plans to remodel my kitchen which included replacement of the sink. The plumber was so unimpressive!

Description of Work: I used ARS for a Heating/AC replacements and decided to call them about a plumbing problem I was having. THey were very quick to respond, very professional and only recommended what I needed at that time rather than add ins I was interested in looking at. Their concern was focused around fixing the problem not selling additional services not really needed at this time. We decided to repiping our house due to faulty piping installed in the 80's. THe team they sent out was very careful of our surroundings and minimized the amount of sheetrock cutting to areas that could easily be repaired. They cleaned up after themselves and met all commitments.

Description of Work: Our lower a/c unit was not functioning earlier last August while very HOT outside. ARS added some coolant at the time. (I forgot to do the Angie's List entry at the time). They were just out here last week to install a new a/c for the lower level of our house, two new programmable thermostats, and Aprilaire air cleaners.

Description of Work: ARS installed a new A/C condenser coil for me.
