Quick and easy repair.

Got scheduled for service and was called 20 minutes before saying they did not offer that service.

Quick response, fast service. The cost was a lot more than I expected, but I am happy with the outcome.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. The first was AC unit and after the 2nd or 3rd time they came out I ended up paying someone else to fix what they made worse. This time my sink was leaking in the kitchen sink off and on looked like a pipe or hose. I put water in the sink using stopper and then let it out to see if I see water. Nothing came out. Someone came out and checked the leak ended up replacing the part in the sink where the water drain. I didn?t understand how that was the issue from me filling sink with water and nothing came out from that at the time. Here it is after 3am and my wife wakes me up to tell me the sink is leaking worse than it was. I was charged over 500 after I was told service fee was 79. I understand parts and labor so I was just happy it was fixed before I had major damage. The issue was not resolved and I have to now miss work again to have this taken care of.

Fast response when you needed

Expensive. Nearly $700. bucks to unclog a drain and put and additional ,inexpensive piece of pipe on the kitchen sink. I wasn't expecting it to be that much.

Outrageous cost

Good service.

Watch out very expensive for work completed. Cost almost $600 to replace a 90 degree fitting. Would not use again unless it it a crisis.

The fixed our issue quickly

Prompt and polite. Checked fir water leak but found none

The Tech. was professional and very informative. I didn't have to have any repairs done because before he came the problem was ok due to my adjusting a hose in the tank of the toilet.
