The guys from ARS did a great job. They installed an entire new Rheem system in my home, added zoning and still completed the installation in one day. The Installers, Service Technicians and everyone involved in the installation were very professional, they kept me updated on their progress throughout the entire installation and answered all my question, to ensure I was satisfied with both the system and their work. It was comforting seeing They all wore their PPE the entire time they were inside and outside my home. I felt completely comfortable and also felt they respected my home as if it were their own. Upon completion of the installation, they cleaned both inside and outside to ensure they left my home in the same clean state it was in when they arrived. I would have no hesitation in referring ARS to anyone who is need of semi-annual service or an entire system replacement. The guys from ARS were very respectful, knowledgeable and it was evident they enjoyed doing their jobs. It is hard to find a company today that, either meets or exceeds your expectations but you can be assured ARS pleasantly exceeded mine. Thank you guys for a job well done.

It was raining when they did the job and they did a great job. I think they would have done even better if it wasn't raining. Very professional and friendly. I would hire them again.

Installed both HVAC system in one day.

ARS had to return to fix something twice after install...took more than a week to get a response. Prices are higher (between $1-2K) compared to others at the same SEER level, but they offer 1-year guarantee, hopefully, I do not have to use it.

Great service, price a little strong

After reviewing quotes from multiple companies I decided to work with ARS. They were not the cheapest quote, however, the overall experience to date has been good. I would recommend that if you are looking for a heating/duct work system that you at least include ARS in your quoting process. Once you meet with them and review their quote you can make your decision.

Has been out to fix hot water heater and each time it was not fixed but different reason the water was not hot. Water is still not hot. Will be calling T.V station to help with reults.

Their service is helpful and reliable. They charged me immediate after the service. But I Have not got the receipt and warranty documentation yet a couple of weeks later, even though I called and asked for it.

Plumber made costly mistake wouldn't try to make it right and I almost lost several hundred dollars because of him is name was Mike. Knocked gasket into tank and said he didnt but it was caught it pump when I went to return it . The supervisor at Ferguson knows my story. Luckily the motor didnt burn out .they said my warranty would be void because of Mikes error

They have a real issue with timing and communication with the customer. I had to call back several times to set up an appointment and then to confirm the appt. Then the technicians were delayed (without my knowledge) because of a training class they had to attend before they came out.

They came at the scheduled time and were able to solve, diagnose and recommend solutions to the problem I was having in my main sewer line at a reasonable cost.
