 + -1 moreIt was the worst experience of our lives. They started off doing really good but then it all when down hill. They did a lot of things wrong and put down on their Bill things they never completed. We had to let them go because we had a certain time frame we needed to be back in our home after this fire and they did not show back up for six weeks. When they did show back up they told us they had been working on another job. They are the worst folks we have ever deal with. After we let them go for doing a sloppy job and not completing what they had promised they had the nerve to hit us with a bill for $56,000 Please do not call these folks!
Description of Work: Everything they promised never got done and what they did get done it was so sloppy.

Disappointed in their performance. My insurance company sent ARCO Restoration to my house to install dehumidifiers after our kitchen sustained water damage from a broken water line under the house. They cut my custom made kitchen cabinets with a saw to get access under my sink base to get a moisture reading, installed a dehumidifier in my kitchen and installed a plastic tent and installed a dehumidifier under my house to dry out the saturated area. This took about 1-1/2 hours. The tent was incorrectly connected to the dehumidifier and did very little good. They said they would come back in 3 days to pick up their equipment, but then didn't show up for a month! After all this, they billed my insurance company $1,500 for the service provided!

Description of Work: They did some restoration work after a tree fell on my house. Part of the problem was due to the volume of business due to wind/rain storms early this spring, but it took the about 3 months to get the work completed. The work they did was fine.

Description of Work: They repaired structural damage due to water on integrated second story patio. I believe they did quality work. But the project was estimated to take 2-3 weeks, actually took over 3 months to complete.

 + -1 moreOur house sustained roof and siding damage after a tree fell on it during an ice storm. Our insurance company made a recommendation to try Arco Restoration. Mark came to our house on a Tuesday and said he would be back with a roofer on Friday or Monday weather permitting to begin repairs. He even called our insurance to get authorization. He never showed up as promised and he never even called . Never heard from him again. Not a very good way to do business.
Description of Work: Arco Restoration came to our home to access the damage to our roof.
