They were very prompt and professional guys. New outlets are great. The drywall damage to reach the outlets was not unreasonable to fix. They looked at estimates for some possible projects as well, and recommended I wait until I was sure on the details. I'd have them back to do those jobs when/if I get there.

We live in a very old house with only one grounded outlet and needed to have a new one installed prior to delivery of a new refrigerator. Arc was able to fit us into their schedule on short notice for an inspection of the work to be done. David Russell was our electrician today and he was AWESOME. We originally wanted to have an outlet switched to a grounded outlet, but he pointed out that he could just as easily run a completely new line on a dedicated breaker. He was even able to perform the install the same day. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to complete everything especially since - our breaker panel and the new outlet are on opposite sides of the house. He was very courteous and followed up with me during the service to let me know what was left in the install process. Arc Electric is an amazing company and we will definitely be using them again. David was very professional, prompt and courteous. We also asked him while he was at our house to look at a broken light switch and another loose outlet. He fixed these for additional cost and didn't seem to mind doing the extra work. We will use Arc Electrical again and recommend the company to our neighbors.

They were fine. It was just really a basic service call. There was one worker. They are very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable. It's what you expect when you get someone like that.

Actual project went smoothly. Costs seemed to be a bit high for what the project entailed, but quality work was done.

Process was very easy. David came out first and did a free estimate and explained in detail what the work would entail. After deciding on Arc to do the job (based on a very competitive estimate and David's professionalism) the job was scheduled. David arrived when expected and he and Brantley went right to work and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. After leaving, my wife was looking at the work and noticed one thing she wanted changed. She called David on his cell and he promptly turned around and came back to address it. We enjoyed getting in our new hot tub later that day. Our experience with Arc and their staff was excellent.

Great! Easy to work with and schedule. Got Angie's List discount! Very reasonable price. I was not home when the electrician came, but there were no issues and the job was done on time and for the price quoted. Can't beat that!

I contacted Arc Electric about some outlets that weren't working on two separate lines in the house and to get a quote to install an outside post light. Sam came and went above and beyond to make sure every outlet was working perfectly and even explained to me the cause of both problems. The cost was very reasonable. I tend to have bad luck with contractors so I'm thrilled to find such an outstanding electrician. I'm already making a mental list of additional projects that I'd like done!

I would absolutely recommend Arc Electric. For some reason we have found electricians (along with handymen) to be about the most difficult building trade to nail down, but after several misfires I think we've found a winner in this company. They showed up exactly when they said they would (both for the estimate and the final work), did exactly what they said they would, and charged exactly what they said they would. And, most importantly, the work was done well.

They came and checked the hot tub breaker which was tripping. They took the time to remove the panel, and talk with me about what the problem might be. When it ended up being a hot tub issue and not an electrical issue, they didn't charge me for the tests. They also found a simple fix to why the electricity in my bathroom wasn't working, and didn't charge me for "pressing a button" which was nice. They were very nice and professional, and I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs I have. I have had other electricians come out who were rude and wanted to charge me for every little button they pressed, but this company was great. It's good to see a good small business with good ethics that genuinely cares about people.

I called ARC because of the upstairs bathroom outlets. Corey was the technician and he called me this morning 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was on time, polite, and professional. He not only fixed the problem I was having in the upstairs bathroom, but also found the downstairs plug and the outdoor outlets were not working. He fixed both of those and service the electric panel. Everything was included in the price quoted. I will use ARC for the rest of the projects I have planned this year!

Setting up the appointment was easy. They day of the appointment the technicians called and were able to come to my house earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I showed them what needed to be done and they gave me a price cost. When I okayed the cost, they went straight to work. They completed both jobs quickly and cleaned up behind themselves when finished. Both technicians were very nice and professional. I would certainly use them again.

As new homeowners moving into an "older" home, we had a lot of concerns about the condition of the electrical system. The Arc technicians arrived on time and checked the breaker box as well as an outlet in each room. We had lots of questions and they were able to answer all of them. They were very professional and courteous. We will definitely use their services in the future!

The disposal was not hooked up because our new dishwasher was installed on the same circuit as it (NEC Code Violation). We brought Arc in to disconnect the disposal last week so we could get our new dishwasher installed. The two foreman Sam and Nate did a great job of coordination to see if there was an option to fish down the wiring for the disposal without cutting a hole in the cabinet. Based on the previous visit I was fully expecting to need to patch the wall. After both of them doing a careful review it was not necessary at all and they were able to run the circuit with no problems at all. The ceiling fan work went very smooth and we purchased some fans from Lowes that Arc installed today. They provided a dedicated switch per our request for the fan and the lights. We originally had the bottom receptacles on a switch and were able to get them wired continuous on in the process of wiring the switch. The team of Sam and Nate were very good about keeping things cleaned up as they got along from one project to the next. After they left Sam even called to let me know he forgot to remove some debris where under the cabinet for the disposal wiring was routed. Both teams were very friendly and knowledgeable! We will be looking forward to using Arc in the future again for any electrical needs. They did a first class job from beginning to end!

I looked up Arc through Angie's List and the BBB. Sam was our technician and was very knowledgeable and understood our circumstances. He disconnected the disposal from the dishwasher circuit so the Lowe's contractor can complete the install of the new dishwasher. We also discussed options for getting the new circuit from the panel so the disposal will be wired on a separate circuit in the future. They are planning on doing the disposal wiring on March 6th. We are so happy with their work we also plan to get some ceiling fans installed in our bedrooms (There is currently no fan, junction box, or wiring on the ceiling at the moment) I would highly recommend them and look forward to establishing a relationship in the future for any other electrical work needs that might come up.

We were very impressed with the Arc Electric team and their work. Our initial contact was with Rich, who responded quickly to our request for a house visit to go over plans and get an estimate (which he provided before he left). We found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful (providing ideas and recommending products), and professional. For these reasons, and because the estimate was acceptable to us, we decided to move forward with Arc Electric -- which turned out to be a good decision! On the scheduled workday, Sam and Cory were punctual, actually arriving 10 minutes early. These highly-skilled and detail-oriented young men worked non-stop, carefully and thoroughly completing each project in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work they did; everything works well and looks great. We have more electrical projects planned and will definitely be using Arc Electric again.
