Description of Work: Arborex Tree Services was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great communication and prompt arrival. Very courteous group of men who easily removed dead limbs and trees, cleaning up after themselves and leaving my yard looking beatiful. Two of my neighbors were so impressed they used them as well. I will defintely call Arborex them for future needs.

Description of Work: The error was mine - I thought they did bush and shrub work as well as tree work. They only do removals of shrubs and bushes. They were very responsive. I would certainly recommend others to consider them and if I ever need there services would call them.

Description of Work: They removed 2 large dead trees, trimmed a tree close to our house and also trimmed a tree near our perennial garden. They were extremely professional, cleaned up extremely well, worked well together as a team and were extraordinarily efficient. I do not know how the price would compare to others as we did not contact other companies. However, we would definitely use them again because of the quality of their work.

Description of Work: First of all, KUDOS to the owner of this company. I wrote him an email explaining I had made an error and he called me personally on Sunday morning to explain that he couldn't help me directly but understood my issue and urged me to contact Angie's list for a refund. He wasn't angry or put out and I wish I owned trees just so I could do business with the man. Anyway, I was attempting to purchase "Move In Clean" from a company when the screen must have changed and I wasn't paying attention. The prices were similar so I thought nothing of it and continued with the purchase. Then the screen was asking me to give estimates on when I wanted the job completed and I noticed it said 'Tree Service"...then panicked ;-) Thank you to everyone who helped me to get this purchase rectified. Description of Work: It took a bit of time to get started on the trees because of rain and scheduling conflicts, but when the crew did arrive (a bit early) and got to work on the first set of trees it took them about one hour to accomplish the taking down of three trees and removing all of the debris. My husband was so pleased with the work he asked them back to remove some others which would be more difficult to remove. They again arrived just a bit early. It took longer this time and afforded my neighbors a front row seat to some very professional tree removal. We were very pleased with the work done and will call them again if we need more work done. I think of all of the companies that we have worked with over the years (we've been in this house nearly 41 years) Arborex was the best.

Description of Work: The arborex workers were very professional. I had a tree and my bushes trimmed in front, and the wooded area behind my back fence thinned out. The workers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up every bit of the mess made from trimming. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed multiple big trees in my yard....Very happy with Arborex & Usman, he was very professional/punctual/friendly/knowledgeable & the job was done quickly and not a leaf or branch was left behind after all the trimming (and there was a lot)....they also cleaned up some old branches/leaves that I had left under one tree after I attempted to hack off some low hanging branches myself. Description of Work: There was more to do than what the Big Deal covered. The prices were high, so in the end we paid the same amount we would have paid according to some other estimates without the Big Deal. But the work was done very well and very quickly.

Description of Work: They delivered mulch as the Angie's List Big Deal coupon said, but it was VERY low quality - just fresh wood chips in big hunks, not well ground so not even mulch. I called to have them pick it up since it is not useable, but they never responded.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $249 for $500 of Professional Tree Service. They service turned out well and I appreciated their work. They trimmed the trees in the front and side yard and got the debris away from the house.

Description of Work: We have a tree that we needed pruned back to avoid blocking a satellite. We also had a stump that needed to be ground out. There were some scheduling issues but those were as much weather related due to storms on days. This sometimes led to communication issues but we got them all sorted and, in the end, we are very pleased with the work that was done.
