They came on time, were very considerate of the day of the week (they had to access the tree to be trimmed from the backyard, and did not bring their truck down the alley-access to our garages but carried the cut limbs to the street where they could park). Did a great job cleaning up, and were very thorough.

They came, they looked and they said call us back next year you don't need it cut, but I had already paid for the service. They came out when I called and set it up. They didn't do anything, they just looked and said the tree didn't need to be cut. I felt like I paid for something I didn't get. They did respond, they came when they said they were coming, I just didn't know they were going to say that I didn't need any of the work, and call us back. They said I didn't need that tree cut. They said it didn't need the tree cut and to call them back in 6 months or something if it grew to a point where it needed to be cut. I did not call them back out. They were on time for the appointment. I don't feel comfortable with what they did. They were courteous but it was kind of like a D. I would not use them again.

I could never make contact with the service provider. They did not reach out to me after purchasing the service and did not return my phone call. I requested a refund from Angie's List as I approached the 30 day service guarantee limit.

The work was completed in one afternoon and the work area was pretty absent of any evidence of them coming beyond tire marks from the large equipment that were used to reach the higher tree branches.

Arborex is the best. As the owner of a heavily wooded lot, I wouldn't consider using any other company for tree removal. They sent a six-man crew to cut down a very large oak tree leaning toward my house. They also trimmed two other trees for me. They worked carefully and efficiently and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards--no trace of tree limbs, leaves, or sawdust. Usman is both professional and personable. Because of their heavy workload, it took him about a week or so to contact me after I bought my Angie's List Deal, but as his company had worked for us once before, I knew it was worth the wait. They are true professionals.

There was a storm the night of May 11th during which we heard a tree fall. The next morning we found a large tree (60 feet long with a 32 inch diameter base) fallen across our driveway preventing us from getting our cars out. I called Usman at Arborex Tree Service shortly after 7 am asking about clearing the tree so we could get cars out. He and his crew were on their way to another job but since we were blocked in by the tree, he diverted a dump truck with trailered Bobcat to remove the tree. His two-man crew arrived shortly after 8 am and cleared the tree and driveway quickly and efficiently putting the trunk and large limbs in the dump truck and stacking the other branches adjacent to the road because they needed to get to their original job. I was at work by 10 o’clock. Usman and his crew came back to the house the next day and cleaned up the remaining debris. I was very pleased with the service I received from Arborex and with how quickly they came and cleared my driveway. I feel the price charged was fair for such a large tree – especially given Arborex’s almost immediate response to my call. Prior to May 11, I had previously used Arborex for tree work and given the two experiences, I will not hesitate to use Arborex in the future for any tree work I need done. I am happy to highly recommend them and provide their contact information any time the topic of tree work comes up. They were great – I am not sure they could have done anything better … certainly not any faster.

They were on time. They sent like eighty seven workers. They were probably undocumented. They literally brought five. I did say eighty seven, but it was really five. They were quick, like two hours. It was amazed how much they did. The yard looked beautiful after they left. The quality and speed, and responsiveness. They did what they said they would do, and more in an timely basis. I would defiantly use them again.

Between 2015 and 2017 each project went well - no surprises.

Great service at a good price. They arrived almost immediately to take a look and give a quote. The price was very good so planned to go ahead. They were able to come a few days earlier than expected. The team that came was very good, professional and fast. They left my lawn looking like they had never been there. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Excellent. Usman came out right away and gave us an estimate. He was out in two days to take care of everything. We were out of town and when we came back, our yard was a little bare from where the tree fell and took down all in its path but other than that, you never would have known there had been a problem.

If you hire Arborex, rest assured that you will have your work completed in a professional manner. For me, it took quite a while to finally obtain an agreed price. However, after that point, Arborex was attentive to arranging the day of service, being there on time, and exhibiting professionalism throughout the service. I really appreciated the courteous manner in our communications. I was amazed at how well the team of gentlemen worked well together to bring down all the tree limbs (especially the huge ones) with great care not to damage anything. I would definitely hire Arborex again.
