Excellent. I was very pleased with all phases of the service.

Mr. Ahmad called me and set up an appointment for Wednesday, 11-29-17. He was very professional and told me that he would perform the task on Friday morining, 12-01-17. His crew showed up and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased.

We were very pleased with the work. We had 4 trees trimmed and one removed. It took them a while to get back to me after I purchased the deal but it was the week of Thanksgiving so understandable. Once Usman replied he was very responsive and they came out within a couple of days. The trees look great after the work and they did not leave any debris in the yard. They even raked up the leaves. Would hire again.

Timely work of 6 pleasant men laboring diligently and together on several parts of tree cutting or working alone on removing tree branches. Each seemed to know what work he was to do so in this wooded yard. It appears that they not only have worked together previously but also were well coordinated where needed. No damage to underlying bushes/small trees under the 2 large trees removed.

Very well. Usman arrived on time to set up the service date. He arrived early. He was also there early the day of the service (for a while). The crew was efficient and their work was thorough. They cleaned up after the job was completed.

They were awesome! They brought enough people to do the job and equipment that was perfect for such a large task - one of the trees was approximately 40 inches in diameter. It was incredible to watch their teamwork and how efficiently they worked.

Overall the project went very well. The Arborex crew arrived on time and were very proficient. The branches were removed and dragged to the chipper. The trees were cut into manageable lengths and carried to the chipper. Several workers with Stihl backpack blowers cleared the remaining debris. The total elapsed time was forty minutes which was excellent. There was minimal noise impact.

I was 100% pleased with the work performed and wouldn't hesitate to re-hire them. Usman arrived promptly to the appointment for the free estimate. He marked each tree that we agreed to trim so there was no misunderstanding as to the ones to be trimmed the day the work was performed. On the day the work was scheduled they were late for a reason beyond their control. A gas leak forced his crew to shut down equipment that could cause a spark. When they arrived they diligently worked to complete the job before rains came but could not. They waited until rain stopped and proceeded to complete the work. Usman is professional, courteous, and reasonable to deal with. They weren't perfect but I evaluate a company on the basis of how they resolve imperfections. He gets an A+ and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Great job!We exchanged several voice and text messages, but we were finally able to set up a visit for the estimate. Once we had established the scope and date of the service, everything went very well--even though we had to reschedule twice due to weather. The crew arrived promptly, performed the work quickly and professionally, and did a wonderful job with the clean up. The owner was extremely professional and friendly, and stayed in constant contact with me through all of the rescheduling, and checked back with me after the job had been completed to make sure that I was satisfied.

After describing what I wanted done, Arborex stated that they only removed trees--no shrubbery or Landscaping work. They were nice enough to come out to look at the job and give a quote for 1 tree. i needed more help than they do. Gentleman was very nice. I DID NOT USE THEM AND WISH MY $219.00 RETURNED FROM ANGIE'S LIST. I'VE TRIED 3 TIMES TO CONTACT A LIVE BODY BUT HAVE HAD NO LUCK. WHO MUST ONE CONTACT TO GET AN ANSWER??????? YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS----CONTACT ME!

Good. Cut in sections; fell precisely where it needed to go. Excellent clean-up.

After some initial problems getting the service scheduled, the work was performed promptly and professionally. My initial review was not very positive based on responsiveness. However, when I called and spoke with them, they were very apologetic and promised to take care of everything that same day. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there and did the job. Very pleased with the end result, and I would use them again in the future.

It couldn't have gone better. Usman and his crew arrived right on time (even a little early) and secured and cut down the tree with military precision. They then ground the stump and roots. Red oaks have an annoying web of large above ground roots that were taking over the yard. Arborex did a great job removing the entire stump and as much of the roots as were feasible to remove. By doing such a good job on the root system, it made my upcoming landscaping job go very smoothly in that area because he had cleaned out so much many of the roots (while managing to avoid cutting any utility lines in that area). They also did a nice job trimming the two evergreens. They are true professionals, the price was reasonable, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Plus, Usman has a high energy personality and was fun to work with.

Quick professional response when he came out to quote. Ok'd the quote and the work, but never heard back to schedule it. Called multiple times -twice speaking to them - apologized, said he'd call back. Never did. Can I get my $219 back? Frustrating. I'd give them another chance if someone would just call it tell me they can't get to it.
