Description of Work: The plastic latch that opens our Maytag Dishwasher broke, preventing us from opening the door. One excellent service company we know, but does not service our home area, said it might have to be pried open. We called Appliance Pro and Mike said he had to order the part and called back in about 1 hour, stating that he can fix our dishwasher the next afternoon when the part arrives. We were to be out of town so it was scheduled for the following week. Mike showed up on time and easily and cleverly (no prying) opened the door. He finished quickly and efficiently.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN COULD OF CHARGED ME A LOT, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT APPLIANCE REPAIRS AND HE DID. IN FACT HE TOOK A LOOK AT ANOTHER APPLIANCE AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR AND TOLD ME HOW WE COULD FIX IT.
