Anderson Painting and Power Washing

The guys showed up on time, did a great job, and kept our home clean. They even came back and patched some nail holes that they left because they thought we were going to re-hang pictures (which we weren't). We figured it as our fault because we left the nails in the wall and didn't make a big deal about it, but on the post work inspection, it was noticed and they came back and fixed it free of charge. Excellent service and job performance.

The technicians did a fabulous job and were very efficient. They tidied up nicely when they left.

I contemplated whether to give them a C because some of their work was very sloppy. They have some good people but some of them do substandard work and weren't always well supervised. I had to complain several times about shoddy work. I would not recommend them for popcorn ceiling removal.

Nate never responded after he committed to visiting my home. I do not know why he did not provide a quote.

Work went great, quick response, painters stayed till finished even though I only paid for 4 hours work (two painters), and actually sent 3 painters.

How did it go? A mixed answer to the question. They were the highest bid but we had a good feeling about the owner. I discussed the cost as compared to others and he brought his price down to match. The interior work was very well done in the end though the second crew to come in had to redo much of the first crew's work. We did have issues with them not showing up, showing up late and leaving early. Communication was a problem. Much of the exterior work was unsatisfactory on the first pass and had to be redone. for example a facial board needed to be replaced, instead of using one long board they pieced together 2 with a sloppy looking joint. When asked why they didn't use one board they said "that's what we had on the truck". In the end they replaced this with one board. They attempted to repair a window 3 separate times with what was described as bondo for wood and never got it right. This window repair was a priority for us. They did not have stand-offs for their ladders so they were leaning them on the gutters. I loaned them mine when I realized this and even with that getting them to use it meant monitoring what they were doing. At one point when a worker was getting off of a roof he actually sat on the gutter for support. After all of the issues the window was never repaired and there was a remaining balance of a few hundred dollars. I had been in contact with the owner all along explaining the many problems. One would think he would have written off the balance but no.

Kudos to Anderson Painting for the end result - finish work and detail very professional. The crew (4) led by Francis worked efficiently over five days to paint our 3200+ square foot house. Furniture was well covered or very carefully moved. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the process and result.

It was fine. We had no real problems. We had to go back and they came back and took care of it. They were on time. I think there were 2 guys the first time. We weren't there the second time but one of the same guys came back.

They were great. We were very happy with them. I can't remember the cost but if it wasn't okay, I wouldn't have hired them. I have not complaints about them at all, they were great.

They've worked on and off for me for ten years. There was insurance money because there was water damage from a leak in the roof. It was partially covered by insurance. It took them about two months to complete all of the work. They cleaned up just fine when they were completed with the work. There were probably 4 workers that came to complete the work. The workers were always great.

I always use Anderson. Their quality and attention to detail was great. The workers are very nice.

They left the area clean. I liked the fact that I got to speak with the owner. He came to the house and talked to me beforehand. He came back afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with what was going on with the job.

Everything went well. We got multiple estimates and they were the best one we found. I would highly recommend them. They were all great.

They were great. They did everything on time and on budget. They were professional. It was a pretty simple job, and wasn't much to it. One person came out to do the job.

Everything was good. It was easy to get a hold of them after they did their initial estimate. Getting everything out and matching up some paint colors. They were able to match up everything very well. Scheduling was good to get them out and they finished up in a timely fashion. So, when I have any other rooms to be painted, I will definitely call them again. This was the first time they had done work for me.

They were excellent. They did a fabulous job. They started around the 15th and ended up around the 30th. They did a great job on all those fronts. They're very responsive. The owner and his foremen are very involved. The people are real professional. They do quality work. They just do a very good job. They're very conscientious about cleanup and taking care of your property, and also accommodatingyour schedule. I would highly recommend them.

Nate was very professional and eager to make sure I was satisfied. They were very professional, even adding an extra coat beyond what was planned because it was needed to cover a mess left behind by another painting contractor.
